Claims (11)
- 電極組立体を収納して熱融着シーリングされる二次電池用のパウチ型ケースであって、
前記パウチ型ケースは、外部被覆層、金属バリア層(Barrier Layer)及び内部接着層が順次積層されており、前記外部被覆層と前記金属バリア層の間にかつ前記金属バリア層と前記内部接着層の間には相互間の接着力を向上させるための接着層が介装されており、
パウチ型ケースは、上部ケースの外周面と下部ケースの外周辺が熱融着によって密封されて内部に電極組立体を収納し、
前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースが熱融着する密封部には電池ケース内側と外側を連通するガス排出用部材が介装されている、パウチ型ケース。 - 前記ガス排出用部材は長細い管形である、請求項1に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材は開放型気孔が形成された多孔性構造である、請求項2に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材はガス吸着物質を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材の長手方向が電池ケースの内側と外側を連通する方向と一致するように位置する、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材は互いに熱融着した上部ケースの内部接着層と下部ケースの内部接着層の垂直方向の中心部に位置する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材は、電池の正常作動状態時には外部物質の内部流入を防止し、電池の内圧上昇時にはガスを外部に排出する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材は、前記密封部の全部分で個別部材が互いに離隔距離を維持して位置する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記管形のガス排出用部材の厚さは前記上部ケースの内部接着層の厚さ及び下部ケースの内部接着層の厚さの和より小さい、請求項2に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 前記ガス排出用部材は前記密封部に介装された状態で熱融着して固定される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型ケース。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記パウチ型ケースを含む、パウチ型電池セル。
