Abstract
Description
本発明は、2016年12月02日に中国特許局に提出し、出願番号がCN201611110820.1であり、発明の名称が[冷蔵冷凍装置]との中国特許出願を基礎とする優先権を主張し、その開示の総てをここに取り込む。
Claims (10)
- タンク本体内に、貯蔵容器を含む貯蔵空間と、チルド室が画定される圧縮機室とを画定する、タンク本体と、
前記貯蔵空間を閉じるためにタンク本体の前面に配置された扉体と、
貯蔵容器内に配置され、そして周囲の空間がチルド室とつながっている酸素富化膜モジュールであって、少なくとも1つの酸素富化膜と1つの酸素富化膜ガス収集腔を有し、酸素富化膜モジュールの周囲空間のガス中の酸素が、窒素よりも多く酸素富化膜を通過して酸素富化膜ガス収集腔に入れるように構成された前記酸素富化膜モジュールと、
前記圧縮機室に配置され、その入口端はパイプラインを介して前記酸素富化膜モジュールの酸素富化膜ガス収集腔と連通し、前記酸素富化ガス収集腔に入ったガスを前記貯蔵容器の外部に抽出する吸引ポンプと、
前記チルド室内の実際の温度が0℃から10℃の範囲にあるように、前記貯蔵空間に冷却能を提供するように構成された冷却システムとを備えることを特徴とする冷蔵冷凍装置。 - 前記冷蔵冷凍装置は、チルド室内の実際の温度を監視するためにチルド室内に配置された温度センサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記冷却システムは、圧縮機と、凝縮器と、絞り装置と、蒸発器とを備え、前記圧縮機は前記圧縮機室内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記タンク本体は、前記貯蔵空間が画定されるライナーを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記冷蔵冷凍装置は直冷式冷蔵庫であり、前記蒸発器は前記ライナーの後壁面の外側または内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記冷却システムは、前記チルド室内の実際の温度が0℃から10℃の範囲内にあるように前記圧縮機の運行状態を調整できるようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記冷蔵冷凍装置は空冷式冷蔵庫であり、前記蒸発器を収容する蒸発器室が前記タンク本体の内側に配置され、前記ライナーの裏側には前記蒸発器室からチルド室と連通する空気通路を画定し、前記チルド室に送られる冷気の量を調整できるように、前記空気通路に換気口が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記冷却システムは、前記チルド室内の実際の温度が0℃から10℃の範囲にあるように、前記圧縮機の運行状態および/または前記換気口の開閉を調整できるようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器は密閉引出であり、前記密閉引出には前記チルド室を画定し、
前記密閉引出は、前方開口有し、チルド室が画定されるライナーに固定された引出胴と、
前記引出胴内に摺動可能に取り付けられ、前記引出胴の前方開口から外への引き出し及び引出胴内への挿入操作が可能である引出本体と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。 - 前記酸素富化膜モジュールは、互いに平行な第1の表面および第2の表面を有する支持枠をさらに含み、
前記支持枠にはそれぞれ前記第1の表面上に延び、前記第2の表面上に延び、及び前記支持枠を貫通して第1の表面と第2の表面を連通させる複数の空気通路が形成され、前記複数の空気通路は共同的に前記酸素富化ガス収集腔を形成し、
少なくとも1つの酸素富化膜は2つの平面形酸素富化膜であり、それぞれ支持枠の第1の表面と第2の表面に敷設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵冷凍装置。
