Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- Al(PO3)3を含むメタリン酸塩(metaphosphate)組成物と、
BaF2及びSrF2を含むフッ素(fluoride)組成物と、
ErF3及びYbF3で設けられるドーパント(dopant)と、
を含んで組成されることを特徴とする能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記YbF3は、3mol%乃至5mol%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記ErF3は、3mol%であり、前記YbF3は、3mol%乃至5mol%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記Al(PO3)3は、20mol%乃至30mol%であり、
前記BaF2は、10mol%乃至60mol%であり、
前記SrF2は、10mol%乃至70mol%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記Al(PO3)3は、20mol%であり、
前記BaF2は、40mol%乃至60mol%であり、
前記SrF2は、20mol%乃至40mol%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記ErF3は、3mol%であり、
前記YbF3は、3mol%乃至5mol%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記Al(PO3)3は、20mol%であり、
前記BaF2は、60mol%であり、
前記SrF2は、20mol%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記ErF3は、3mol%であり、前記YbF3は、3mol%乃至5mol%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記Al(PO3)3は、20mol%であり、
前記BaF2は、50mol%であり、
前記SrF2は、30mol%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記ErF3は、3mol%であり、前記YbF3は、3mol%乃至5mol%であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記Al(PO3)3は、20mol%であり、
前記BaF2は、40mol%であり、
前記SrF2は、40mol%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
