Abstract

개시되는 능동소자용 불소인산염계 유리는, Al(PO3)3 포함하는 메타인산염(metaphosphate) 조성물; BaF2 및 SrF2를 포함하는 불소(fluoride) 조성물; 및 ErF3 및 YbF3로 마련되는 도펀트(dopant);를 포함하여 조성되며, 능동소자(예: 광섬유 레이저)용 유리 모재로 채용 가능한 열적, 기계적 특성을 가지면서도 높은 형광단면적 특성을 가지며, 강화된 하향 및 상향전이 방출 특성 및 극저온 환경에서 높은 민감도(S)를 가진다.
