Description
Claims (15)
- 冷間成形用の棒材製造のための、特に締結用部品の製造のための、主合金元素として88%より大きいアルミニウムの合金割合および5%以上の銅の合金割合を有するアルミニウム合金において、ニッケルおよびケイ素が追加的な合金元素であり、ニッケルの合金割合は0.15%以上であり、かつケイ素の合金割合は1.0%以下であることを特徴とする、アルミニウム合金。
- 前記アルミニウムの合金割合は、88%〜90%であるか、または90%より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 前記ニッケルの合金割合は、0.15%〜1.0%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 前記ケイ素の合金割合は、0.4%〜1.0%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 前記銅の合金割合は、5.0%〜6.1%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- マグネシウムが追加的な合金成分であり、マグネシウムの合金割合は1.5%〜2.2%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- マンガンおよび/またはチタンが追加的な合金成分であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 銅 5.0〜6.1%
ニッケル 0.15〜1.0%
ケイ素 0.4〜1.0%
鉄 0〜0.2%
マンガン 0〜0.2%
マグネシウム 1.5〜2.2%
クロム 0〜0.2%
亜鉛 0〜0.3%
チタン 0〜0.25%
添加物 0〜0.15%および
残余 アルミニウム
からなる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金から製造されていることを特徴とする、締結用部品、特にねじの製造のための棒材。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム合金から製造されていることを特徴とする、締結用部品、特にねじ。
- 室温で570MPaより大きい引張強さを有する、請求項10に記載の締結用部品。
- 高い耐熱性を有する、請求項10または11に記載の締結用部品において、前記締結用部品は、24時間にわたる200℃の温度負荷後に、室温での引張強さの0.8倍より大きい残留引張強さを有し、かつ/または400MPaより大きい、特に450MPaより大きい残留引張強さを有する、締結用部品。
- 温度が少なくとも一時的に180℃を超える、熱的に負荷がかかる領域において、特に自動車において使用される、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項に記載の締結用部品。
- 内燃機関のエンジン用ねじとして使用される、請求項10から13までのいずれか1項に記載の締結用部品。
- 接続部品として、特に蓄電池のターミナルとしてまたは蓄電池のターミナル用のねじとして使用される、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項に記載の締結用部品。
