    rs12688220の遺伝子型がTC、rs1934179の遺伝子型がTC、rs5945326の遺伝子型がAG、rs5955543の遺伝子型がAG、rs1823125の遺伝子型がTC又はTT、rs846111の遺伝子型がGG、rs5945326の遺伝子型がAA又はGG、及びrs5955543の遺伝子型がAAであるか否かに関する遺伝子型情報に基づいて、甲状腺機能低下症のリスクを判定する、方法。
