好ましい態様は、さらに薬剤容器の重量を直接的または間接的に測定する重量測定手段とを有し、重量測定手段によって散薬の排出量を検知することが可能である薬剤払出し装置である。
さらに好ましい態様は、容器移動手段は、上下方向及び左右方向に薬剤容器を移動可能である薬剤払出し装置である。
さらに好ましい態様は、集塵装置は送風ファンを有し、送風ファンにより、薬剤棚部領域内において、空気が流れる通気経路を発生させ、通気経路にフィルターを設け、薬剤棚部領域内における塵を除去する薬剤払出し装置である。
さらに好ましい態様は、薬剤容器は、本体装置に対して着脱自在であり、薬剤容器には薬剤容器から外部に散薬を排出する薬剤排出部があり、
前記薬剤排出部は、開閉可能である薬剤払出し装置である。
上記の課題を解決するために開発された本発明の別の態様は、薬剤容器と、本体装置によって構成される薬剤フィーダと、薬剤容器を保有する容器保管部から所定の薬剤容器を取り出して薬剤フィーダの振動台に載置する容器移動手段とを備え、本体装置は、振動台と、振動台を振動させる加振手段と、振動台に薬剤容器を一時的に固定する容器保持手段と、薬剤容器の重量を直接的または間接的に測定する重量測定手段とを有し、薬剤容器を振動台に載置し、容器保持手段で薬剤容器を振動台に固定し、振動台を振動させて前記薬剤排出部から薬剤を少量ずつ排出し、重量測定手段によって薬剤の排出量を検知することが可能であり、容器保管部を有する薬剤棚部領域内における塵を除去する集塵装置が設けられた薬剤払出し装置である。
好ましい態様は、集塵装置は送風ファンを有し、送風ファンにより、薬剤棚部領域内において、空気が流れる通気経路を発生させ、通気経路にフィルターを設け、薬剤棚部領域内における塵を除去する薬剤払出し装置である。
さらに好ましい態様は、薬剤容器は、本体装置に対して着脱自在であり、薬剤容器には薬剤容器から外部に薬剤を排出する薬剤排出部があり、前記薬剤排出部は、開閉可能である薬剤払出し装置である。
上記した課題を解決するための別の態様は、薬剤容器と、本体装置によって構成される薬剤フィーダであって、前記薬剤容器は、本体装置に対して着脱自在であり、前記薬剤容器には当該薬剤容器から外部に薬剤を排出する薬剤排出部があり、前記薬剤排出部を開閉可能であり、本体装置は、振動台と、振動台を振動させる加振手段と、振動台に薬剤容器を一時的に固定する容器保持手段と、薬剤容器の重量を直接的または間接的に測定する重量測定手段とを有し、薬剤容器を振動台に載置し、容器保持手段で薬剤容器を振動台に固定し、振動台を振動させて前記薬剤排出部から薬剤を少量ずつ排出し、重量測定手段によって、薬剤の排出量を検知することが可能であることを特徴とする薬剤フィーダである。
薬剤容器は可動蓋部を有し、前記可動蓋部は前記薬剤排出部を閉じた状態と開いた状態に維持することが可能であることが望ましい。
