【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として病院等に設置され、且つ複数の薬剤収容容器を具備すると共に、患者毎の処方箋に従って各薬剤収容容器から所定の薬剤を適宜選択して必要数取り出すことが出来る薬剤選択供給装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、錠剤、カプセル等に限らず各種の薬剤を収納した薬剤収容容器を備えた薬剤選択供給装置としては、例えば、図4及び図6に示す様な薬剤選択供給装置が存在する。

即ち、係る薬剤選択供給装置1は、錠剤、カプセル等の薬剤16を収納する薬剤収納部10と、その薬剤収納部10内に回転自在に設けられると共に、周囲に薬剤16を少なくとも一列以上で整列しうる薬剤整列部11が設けられた薬剤排出ローター12と、該薬剤排出ローター12に設けられたギア13とを備えた複数の薬剤収容容器14を平面視放射状(図示せず)に、しかも多段に装着するための円盤状に形成された複数の容器支持台2を所定間隔で多段に有すると共に、該容器支持台2の上面に位置する薬剤収容容器14の装着部2aには、薬剤収容容器14を容器支持台2に装着する際の案内路となる一対のガイド体3が設けられ、且つ容器支持台2の中心方向には、薬剤収容容器14の前方部に設けられた凹部15に嵌合する凸部5aが形成された前面板5が容器支持台2の上面に装着される薬剤収容容器14の夫々に対応すべく立設されてなる。

更に、装着部2aが設けられた容器支持台2には、モーターを用いた回転駆動装置9に軸着されたギア8が前記薬剤搬出ローター12に設けられたギア13と連結可能に突出してなると共に、装着部2aの近傍には前記薬剤収容容器14の回転駆動装置9を介して回転する薬剤搬出ローター12の薬剤整列部11に落とし込まれて搬出された後、薬剤収容容器14の薬剤排出部14a から排出された薬剤16を薬剤選択供給装置1内に設けられた薬剤包装用の分包装置18の上方に位置するホッパー20まで案内するための薬剤排出案内路7の個別路7aの開口部が設けられた薬剤選択供給装置本体1aで構成され、しかも前記容器支持台2の装着部2aに装着される各薬剤収容容器14の収納部蓋体10a には、薬剤収納部10内の湿気を吸い取るための除湿剤17を格納するための格納部10b が前記薬剤収納部10側に膨出すべく設けられ、しかも該格納部10b には湿気を通すための複数の孔10c が穿設されてなるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら、上記構成からなる薬剤選択供給装置に於いては、下記の様な問題点があった。
即ち、上記構成からなる薬剤選択供給装置1に装着される各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10には、大きさや種類の異なる各種の錠剤、カプセル等に限らず各種の薬剤16が収納されるが、薬剤16の種類によっては吸湿性を有したものもあり、よって湿気を吸うことにより薬剤16の成分に変化が生じる恐れがあるだけでなく特に薬剤選択供給装置1を使用するにあたり薬剤収容容器14に収納された薬剤16が湿気を吸うことで膨張したり、又薬剤どうしや容器の内壁面等にくっついたりして薬剤収容容器14の薬剤排出部14a からの排出に不都合が生じる場合がある。

よって、従来の薬剤選択供給装置1に装着される薬剤収容容器14には、薬剤収納部10内の湿気を吸い取るための乾燥剤17が具備されてはいるが、如何せん、該薬剤収容容器14には薬剤収納部10内の薬剤16を排出するための薬剤排出部14a が設けられてなるために、該薬剤排出部14a から容器14内に装置1内の空気が流入する。従って、乾燥剤17が薬剤収納部10内に設けられてなる場合であっても、該薬剤収納部10内を完璧に密閉状態時のように乾燥させることは出来ず、よって薬剤16の膨張やくっつきのみならず薬剤排出部14a からの薬剤16の排出不可等の各種不都合を完全になくすことは出来ない。
又、使用者が薬剤16の中で吸湿性を有する薬剤16を前記薬剤収容容器14へ収納せずに、包装の都度手撒き作業によって供給したり、或いは薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10に収納する薬剤16の量をあえて減らして該薬剤16が湿気を吸う前に収納した薬剤16全てを使いきることにより解消することも考えられるものの、煩雑な薬剤16の手撒き作業や、補充作業の回数、手間が著しく増加すると言う種々の問題が生じていた。

然して、本発明は上記問題を解決するものであり、薬剤選択供給装置に装着される薬剤収容容器に薬剤収納部内の薬剤を排出するための薬剤排出部が設けられてなる場合でも、各薬剤収容容器の薬剤収納部内の除湿を行うことが可能となり、しいては薬剤の膨張、くっつきを解消して薬剤排出部から薬剤を確実に排出させることが可能となり、円滑な薬剤の選択供給作業を行うことが出来る極めて優れた薬剤選択供給装置を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために全く新しい薬剤選択供給装置を発明し、以下の手段を講じたものである。

本発明は、円筒支柱1aに上下方向に所定の間隔で複数の容器支持台2を多段に設け、各容器支持台2に薬剤収容容器14を平面視略放射状に配置し、薬剤収容容器14に収容された薬剤16を、薬剤収容容器14に設けた薬剤排出部14a、各容器支持台2に設けた個別路7a、中心軸側の共通路7bを有する薬剤排出案内路7に排出して、下方側部に設けられた分包装置18に案内するようにした薬剤選択供給装置であって、各薬剤収容容器14内の除湿を行う除湿手段が、前記薬剤排出案内路7に設けられてなることから、装置に装着された各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を行うことが可能となり、しいては薬剤16の膨張、くっつきを完全に解消して薬剤排出部14aから薬剤16を確実に排出させることが出来、円滑な薬剤16の選択供給作業を行うことが出来る利点を有する。

更に、各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を該薬剤排出案内路7に連絡してなる薬剤排出部14aから確実に、且つ効率良く行うことが出来る利点がある。

又、除湿手段が、除湿開始の湿度を設定可能で、且つ設定された湿度に対して除湿の開始及び終了を自動選択する構成を採用することにより、薬剤選択供給装置が設置された病院内等の空調状態や季節、病院の立地条件等の使用環境に適合させて効率よく薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を行うことが出来る利点を有する。

更に、除湿手段には、除湿によって生じた水を貯留する貯留槽21が設けられ、且つ該貯留槽21には、貯留量を検知する検知手段が設けられてなる構成を採用することで、作業者による貯留槽21の水量確認を全く行う必要もなく貯留槽21の水抜き時期を作業者が装置近傍に付き添うことなく確実に知ることが出来る利点を有する。

更に、薬剤選択供給装置には、検知手段が貯留量の限界を検知した際、除湿手段の除湿機能を停止させる機能停止手段が設けられてなる構成を採用することで、貯留槽21からの水溢れを確実に防止することが出来る利点を有する。

又、薬剤選択供給装置には、除湿手段の停止を明示する明示手段が設けられてなる構成を採用することで、誰でも確実に、しかも瞬時に音、光、印刷物又は制御装置等のモニター等を介して除湿手段の現状を知ることが出来る利点を有する。

更に、除湿手段が、電気式除湿装置4で構成されてなる場合には、より強力に且つ高効率に装置に装着された各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を迅速に行うことが出来る利点を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
<第一実施形態>
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に従って説明するが、前記従来の薬剤選択供給装置と同じ箇所の説明は省略する。
尚、本実施形態において、薬剤収容容器14は、従来の薬剤選択供給装置の如く収納部蓋体10a により薬剤収納部10の上面が閉鎖されてなるものの、該収納部蓋体10a には乾燥剤の乾燥剤格納部10b が設けられておらず、よって収納部蓋体10a は内面が平坦に形成されてなる。

図1に於いて、1は薬剤選択供給装置本体を示し、1aは円筒支柱を示し、所定の間隔で多段に設けられた各容器支持台2に複数の薬剤収容容器14を平面視略放射状(図示せず)に装着している。19は院内コンピュータ(図示せず)等から送られてきた処方箋データを受信することにより薬剤収容容器14より必要数量の薬剤16を薬剤排出部14a から排出すべく薬剤収容容器14内の薬剤排出ローター12の回転量を管理制御する制御装置を示す。

7は前記薬剤排出部14a より排出された薬剤16を、装置本体1の下方側部に設けられた分包装置18に案内するための薬剤排出案内路を示す。
該薬剤排出案内路7は、各薬剤収容容器14の排出部14a から排出される薬剤16を装置本体1の各容器支持台2が取付けられた中心軸側に排出すべく各薬剤排出部14a に対応して各容器支持台2に設けられた個別路7aと、縦列状態で収納された各薬剤収容容器14から排出され、且つ前記個別路7aを通って落下する薬剤16を装置本体1の下方まで案内する共通路7bと、該共通路7bを介して落下してくる薬剤16を分包装置18まで案内するホッパー20とから構成されている。
ここでホッパー20は全体として円錐状で、且つ軸芯を傾斜して装置本体1に取付けられ、一側縁20a が他側方向に傾斜し、且つ他側縁20b も他側方向に傾斜した構成からなり、よって前記一側縁20a が下面となって薬剤16を分包装置18まで案内するよう設けられてなる。

4は除湿手段たる除湿装置を示し、本実施形態においては電気式除湿装置を採用してなり、しかも該電気式除湿装置4は最下段の薬剤収容容器14の下方に位置すべく装置本体1内に取付けられ、且つその吸湿部4aは前記薬剤排出案内路7のホッパー20の他側縁20b より突出してなる。

このように、本実施形態の薬剤選択供給装置には、複数の薬剤収容容器14の各薬剤排出部14a から分包装置18に通ずる薬剤排出案内路7に除湿装置4が設けられてなるので、各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤排出部14a から効率良く、且つ確実に薬剤収納部10内の湿気を吸い取ることが出来る。

しかも、上記の如く除湿装置4は、吸湿部4aが薬剤排出案内路7のホッパー20の他側縁20b より突出してなるが、薬剤16が通過する際に当接しない面(上面である他側縁20b )に位置してなるので、該除湿装置4が薬剤排出案内路7における薬剤16の排出を阻害することがないという利点がある。

又、上記の如く薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内に乾燥剤の格納部10bが設けられていないので、装置本体1に装着された各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10の容量一杯に薬剤16を収納することが出来、よって薬剤16の補充作業を必要最少限にとどめることが出来る利点がある。

従って、装置本体1に装着された各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤排出部14aから行うことが可能となり、しいては薬剤16の膨張、くっつきを完全に解消して薬剤排出部14aから薬剤16を確実に排出させることが出来、よって円滑な薬剤16の選択供給作業を行うことが出来る利点がある。

更に、各薬剤収容容器14毎に乾燥剤を具備させる必要もないことから、所定の期間や薬剤補充作業等毎に各薬剤収容容器14の乾燥剤の点検や入れ替え等の各種作業等をも一切行うことなく、日常業務の中での煩雑な作業を省くことが出来る利点がある。

<第二実施形態>
尚、上記実施形態において、電気式除湿装置4は薬剤排出案内路7のホッパー20に設けられてなるが、例えば、図2に示す様に、電気式除湿装置4が薬剤選択供給装置本体1a内に設けられ、しかも各容器支持台2に装着された各薬剤収容容器14の全てに対応すべく前記電気式除湿装置4から振り分けられて配設された湿気吸引管の先端を吸湿部4aとする構成であってもよくこの場合でも、各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内に乾燥剤の格納部10b を設ける必要もなく、又所定の期間や薬剤補充作業等毎に乾燥剤の点検や入れ替え作業をも一切行うことなく、全ての薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10の除湿を行うことが出来る利点がある。

更に、本発明に係る薬剤選択供給装置は、上記各実施形態で説明した構成に限るものではなく、例えば、図3に示す様に、該薬剤選択供給装置本体1が、薬剤16手撒き装置25を備え、且つ複数の薬剤収容容器14を平面視略放射状で、且つ多段に装着可能な如く複数の容器支持台2を多段に有した円筒支柱1aを並設すると共に、各円筒支柱1aを介して装着された全ての薬剤収容容器14を隠蔽状態で格納する格納庫1bを有した構成からなり、しかも除湿手段としての電気式除湿装置4が格納庫1bの中、即ち、装置正面に設けられた観音開きが可能な一対の扉1cと対峙すべく装置背面に位置する格納庫1b内に設けられた構成であってもよく、この場合には、格納庫1b内の空間を除湿することにより、各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を行うことが出来る。

よって、装置に大幅な改造等を一切施すことなく、格納庫1b内の所定空間を利用して各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を行うことが可能となって、しいては前記同様に吸湿性を有する薬剤16も全て吸湿性を有しない他の薬剤16と同様に夫々の薬剤収容容器14に収納して薬剤選択供給装置の格納庫1b内の容器支持台2に装着することで煩雑な薬剤の手撒き作業を無くすことが出来るだけでなく、又一つの薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内に吸湿性の有無に全く関係なく所望の薬剤16を薬剤収納部10の容量一杯に収納することも可能となって薬剤16の補充作業をも必要最少限にとどめてより円滑な薬剤16の選択供給作業を行うことが出来る利点がある。

又、上記第三実施形態の如く構成された薬剤選択供給装置に於いて、電気式除湿装置4に除湿によって生じた水を貯留する貯留槽21と、該貯留槽21の貯留量を検知する検知手段としての水量センサー22と、該水量センサー22が貯留量の限界を検知した際、電気式除湿装置4の除湿機能を停止させるべく制御装置19に設けられた機能停止手段としての保護装置23と、該保護装置23が作動した場合のみならず該電気式除湿装置4が何らかの異常によって停止した場合にその異常をブザーやサイレン等の音声、ランプ等の発光、ジャーナルプリンタ等を介しての印刷物及び制御装置等用のモニター画面等を介して使用者に明示して知らしめて告知する明示手段としての明示装置24が夫々設けられていてもよく、この場合には、先ず貯留槽21の貯留量を検知する検知手段としての水量センサー22を介して作業者による貯留槽21の水量確認を全く行う必要もなく貯留槽21の水抜き時期を作業者が装置近傍に付き添うことなく確実に知ることが出来る利点を有する。

更に、上記装置には水量センサー22が貯留槽21の貯留量の限界を検知した際、除湿手段の除湿機能を停止させる保護装置23が設けられてなることから、貯留槽21からの水溢れを確実に防止することが出来る利点を有する。

更に、上記装置には電気式除湿装置4の停止を明示する明示装置24が設けられてなることから、誰でも確実に、しかも瞬時に電気式除湿装置4の停止状態をブザーやサイレン等の音声、ランプ等の発光、ジャーナルプリンタ等を介しての印刷物及び制御装置等用のモニター画面等を介して使用者に知らしめてより迅速な対応を使用者が施すことが出来る利点を有する。

更に、上記第三実施形態に係る装置には、除湿手段としての電気式除湿装置4に除湿開始の湿度を設定可能で、且つ設定された湿度に対して除湿の開始及び終了を自動選択する機能や、除湿によって生じた水を貯留する貯留槽の貯留量を検知する検知手段、又検知手段が貯留量を検知した場合において、該貯留量の限界時に除湿手段の除湿機能を停止させる機能停止手段及び除湿手段の停止を明示する明示手段が設けられてなるが、必ずしも上記全てが設けられる必要はなく、少なくとも何れかの機能や手段を薬剤選択供給装置に設けることにより装置の製品価値を向上させて市場流通力を高めることが出来る利点があるが、必ずしも第三実施形態に係る装置に限定されるものではなく、第一実施形態や第二実施形態の装置のみならず各種薬剤選択供給装置に利用しても同様の効果を有することが可能にはなるが、必ずしも本発明に於ける必須の要件でないのは言うまでもない。

又、上記各実施形態に於いて、除湿手段の具体例の一つとして電気式除湿装置4を用いてなることから、より強力に且つ高効率に装置に装着された各薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を迅速に行うことが出来る利点を有する。

更に、上記各実施形態に於いて、例えば電気式除湿装置4に、除湿開始の湿度を任意に設定可能で、且つ設定された湿度に対して除湿の開始及び終了を自動選択する機能が具備されていてもよく、この場合には、薬剤選択供給装置が設置された病院内等の空調状態や季節、病院の立地条件等の使用環境に適合させて効率よく薬剤収容容器14の薬剤収納部10内の除湿を全自動で行うことが出来る利点を有する。

尚、上記各実施形態に於いて、電気式除湿装置4は薬剤排出案内路7内に設けられたり、又薬剤収容容器14を格納する格納庫1bに設けられてなるが、要は薬剤収容容器14を装着可能な薬剤選択供給装置本体に、収納された各薬剤収容容器内の除湿を行うよう設けられてなるものであれば、本発明の意図する範囲である。
更に、上記実施形態においては、薬剤収容容器14に薬剤収納部10内に乾燥剤格納部10b を設けない場合について説明したが、本発明において乾燥剤格納部10b を有する薬剤収容容器14を使用することも可能である。

但し、上記第一及び第二実施形態の如く除湿手段を薬剤排出案内路7に設けた場合、或いは上記第三実施形態の如く薬剤収容容器14が格納庫に格納され、且つ該格納庫に除湿手段を備えた場合にあっては、薬剤収納部10内に乾燥剤格納部10b を設けなくとも足り、これにより収納部蓋体10a の内面を平坦に形成することで、薬剤収納部10の容量一杯に薬剤16を収納することが出来る利点を有する。

又、該電気式除湿装置4の機構、機能、種類、数量及び取付け箇所等も決して限定されるものではなく、更に薬剤選択供給装置の構成も各容器支持台2に平面視略放射状に複数の薬剤収容容器14を装着するものでなくともよく、例えば薬剤選択供給装置本体に直接に薬剤収容容器14を装着脱自在で収納(図示せず)するものや、薬剤選択供給装置本体に引出体を設け、且つ該引出体に複数の薬剤収容容器14を装着脱自在として薬剤選択供給装置本体内に収納する構成(図示せず)であってもよく、薬剤選択供給装置の具体的な種類、形状、更に薬剤選択供給装置本体への薬剤収容容器14の装着位置や装着数量及び装着脱機構等も決して限定されない。

尚、上記各実施形態において、薬剤にはカプセル、錠剤等が用いられてなるが、必ずしも限定されるものではなく、例えば、装置に装着される薬剤収容容器14に散薬が収納されると共に、必要に応じて所定量の散薬を供給する構成(図示せず)であってもよく、又装置が所定の薬剤収容容器14に散薬を、且つ所定の薬剤収容容器14にカプセル、錠剤等の薬剤を収納し、必要に応じて所定量の散薬又は薬剤の少なくとも何れか一方を適宜供給すべく排出する構成であってもよく、要は薬剤収容容器に収納された薬剤を必要量排出出来る構成であれば、薬剤の具体的な種類等も決して限定されないのは言うまでもない。

然して、要は錠剤、カプセル等の薬剤を排出する薬剤排出部を有した薬剤収容容器を複数収納可能な薬剤選択供給装置に於いて、該薬剤選択供給装置本体に、収納された各薬剤収容容器内又は該薬剤収容容器を格納する格納庫内の除湿を行う除湿手段を設けることで、装置に装着された各薬剤収容容器の除湿を行うことができれば、必ずしも除湿手段が電気式除湿装置である必要はなく、除湿手段の具体的な構成、種類及び機能等も限定されるものではなく、又取付け箇所等も薬剤選択供給装置本体に取付けられていれば具体的な取付け箇所や数量等も決して限定されないのは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
叙上の様に、本発明は、薬剤を排出する薬剤排出部を有した薬剤収容容器を複数収納可能な薬剤選択供給装置に於いて、該薬剤選択供給装置本体に、収納された各薬剤収容容器内又は該薬剤収容容器を格納する格納庫内の除湿を行う除湿手段を設けることにより、装置に装着された各薬剤収容容器の薬剤収納部内の除湿を確実に行うことが可能となり、よって薬剤収容容器に薬剤を例え長期間収納した場合でも薬剤の成分変化を緩和させることが出来るだけでなく、特に薬剤の膨張、くっつきを解消して薬剤排出部から薬剤を確実に排出させることが出来る効果を有する。

更に、除湿手段が、収納された各薬剤収容容器の薬剤排出部から排出される薬剤の薬剤排出案内路に設けられてなる場合には、各薬剤収容容器の薬剤収納部内の除湿を薬剤排出部を利用して行うことが出来、又除湿手段が、薬剤排出部が設けられた薬剤収容容器を格納する格納庫に設けられてなる場合であっても、格納庫内の空間を除湿することにより各薬剤収容容器の薬剤収納部内の除湿を行うことが出来る。
