Claims (4)
- ダイから押し出されたチューブ状の樹脂に関するデータを取得する取得部と、
前記取得部により取得されたデータに基づいて、チューブ状の樹脂に生じている応力を推定し、推定した応力を所定の閾値と比較して、チューブ状の樹脂が破断するおそれがあるか否かを判定する判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とするインフレーション成形装置。 - 前記判定部は、成形に関する設定値に基づいて、当該設定値で成形した場合にチューブ状の樹脂に生じる応力を推定し、推定した応力を所定の閾値と比較して、チューブ状の樹脂が破断するおそれがあるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインフレーション成形装置。
- 前記閾値は、過去の成形においてチューブ状の樹脂が破断したときの、当該チューブ状の樹脂に生じていた応力に関する情報に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のインフレーション成形装置。
- 成形に関する設定値に基づいて、当該設定値で成形した場合に、ダイから押し出されるチューブ状の樹脂に生じる応力を推定し、推定した応力を所定の閾値と比較して、チューブ状の樹脂が破断するおそれがあるか否かを判定する判定部を備えることを特徴とするインフレーション成形装置。
