Claims (6)
- 極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機であって、
軸方向に延在するピストンと、
前記ピストンを軸方向に駆動するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記ピストンおよび前記リニアアクチュエータを収容し、前記ピストンを軸方向に振動可能に支持するハウジングと、を備え、
前記リニアアクチュエータは、
前記ハウジングに固定された外ヨークと、
前記外ヨークの径方向内側に配置され、前記ハウジングに固定された内ヨークと、
径方向において前記内ヨークと前記外ヨークの間に位置する磁石受入凹部を有し、前記ピストンに固定された磁石ホルダと、
前記磁石受入凹部に収納され、接着剤を介することなく前記磁石ホルダに固定され永久磁石と、を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機。 - 前記磁石ホルダは、ホルダ上端およびホルダ下端を有し、前記ホルダ上端と前記ホルダ下端の少なくとも一方が、前記永久磁石を前記磁石受入凹部に保持するように前記永久磁石と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機。
- 前記ホルダ上端と前記ホルダ下端の少なくとも一方は、前記磁石受入凹部の内部に向かって傾斜した傾斜面を有し、
前記永久磁石は、上端面および下端面を有し、前記上端面と前記下端面の少なくとも一方が、前記傾斜面と係合するように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機。 - 前記ホルダ上端と前記ホルダ下端の少なくとも一方は、前記磁石ホルダに取り外し可能に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機。
- 前記磁石ホルダは、前記永久磁石を前記磁石受入凹部に押し付ける押付機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機。
- 前記永久磁石は、固定ピンで前記磁石ホルダに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機用リニア圧縮機。
