Abstract
Description
圧縮率が7%を超えると耐摩耗性の向上効果は頭打ちとなるため、費用対効果を考慮すると圧縮率は2〜7%が好ましい。より好ましくは、圧縮率が4〜7%である。
カレンダー加工したシート材(実施例1〜3、比較例1〜2)および未加工のシート材(比較例3)を用いて、往復動試験を実施し、各シート材の耐摩耗性評価を行った。往復動試験の条件は、面圧0.5MPa、すべり速度10m/min、油潤滑である。往復動試験の25時間運転後の摩耗量を測定した。摩耗量は、シート材の3箇所における摩耗深さの平均値として算出した。摩耗量を表1に示し、摩耗量と圧縮率との関係を図4に示す。
各シート材について比重を測定した。その結果、未加工のシート材(比較例3)に対して、本発明に係るシート材(実施例1〜3)は、比重が0.01〜0.04大きくなった。具体的には、実施例1のシート材は、比重が3.39であり、実施例2のシート材は、比重が3.40であり、実施例3のシート材は、比重が3.42であり、比較例3のシート材は、比重が3.38であった。

Claims (5)
- 工作機械の案内構造における案内面または被案内面を形成する滑り案内面用シート材であって、
前記滑り案内面用シート材は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂を主成分とするスカイブシートの圧縮加工体であり、前記スカイブシートよりもシート厚さが1.5〜10%薄いことを特徴とする滑り案内面用シート材。 - 前記滑り案内面用シート材は、さらに延伸加工されており、前記スカイブシートよりも比重が0.01〜0.04大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の滑り案内面用シート材。
- 前記滑り案内面用シート材が、鉄よりも硬度の低い非鉄金属の粉末を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の滑り案内面用シート材。
- 前記滑り案内面用シート材のシート厚さが0.5〜2.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項記載の滑り案内面用シート材。
- 前記工作機械の案内構造において、前記滑り案内面用シート材は、基材に接着されて前記案内面または被案内面を形成し、少なくとも前記基材に接着される側の表面に、前記基材との接着力を付与する接着可能化処理面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載の滑り案内面用シート材。
