Claims (6)
- 複数のロータコアと、前記ロータコアに軸線方向に貫通形成された複数の磁石挿入孔にそれぞれ挿通して設けられる複数の磁石と、前記ロータコアの中心孔に挿通して前記ロータコアと一体に設けられるシャフトとを備えるロータ構造であって、
前記ロータコアとして、前記中心孔の径が前記シャフトの外径と略同等に形成された第1ロータコアと、前記中心孔の少なくとも一部の径が前記シャフトの外径よりも大径で形成され、2つの前記第1ロータコアの間に同軸上で挟まれて配設される第2ロータコアとを備え、
前記第2ロータコアの内周縁と前記シャフトの外周面との間の隙間に磁石含有物が介設されている、ロータ構造。 - 前記ロータコアに、前記軸線を中心とした周方向に隣り合う一対の磁石が前記軸線を中心とした径方向内側を谷部とした略V形を呈するように配設されるとともに、略V形の一対の磁石を前記周方向に規則的に複数配設され、
前記磁石含有物が、少なくとも略V形の一対の磁石の谷部と前記シャフトの前記径方向の間に介設されている、請求項1に記載のロータ構造。 - 前記ロータコアに、前記複数の磁石が前記軸線を中心とした径方向に延び、前記軸線を中心とした周方向に所定の間隔をあけて放射状に配設され、
前記磁石含有物が、少なくとも前記周方向に隣り合う一対の磁石と前記シャフトの前記径方向の間に介設されている、請求項1に記載のロータ構造。 - 前記磁石含有物が前記軸線を中心とした周方向の全体に環状に設けられている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のロータ構造。
- 前記磁石含有物が、粉状又は粒状の磁石と、樹脂材又はゴム材とを混合したボンドマグネットである、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のロータ構造。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のロータ構造を製造する方法であって、
前記第1ロータコアに前記軸線方向の一端部から他端部に貫通する注入孔が設けられ、前記第1ロータコア及び前記第2ロータコアを前記シャフトに取り付けた後に、前記注入孔から前記磁石含有物を注入し前記隙間に充填する、ロータ構造の製造方法。
