Claims (7)
- 可動子の外周には固定子に設けられたコイルが配置されており、該コイルへの通電による電磁気力によって該可動子に駆動力が及ぼされる電磁式アクチュエータであって、
前記コイルを囲むヨーク部材が複数の分割ヨーク部材で構成されており、該複数の分割ヨーク部材が該コイルとの間に充填されたモールド樹脂で相互に固着されていると共に、
該モールド樹脂が該ヨーク部材の外周面にまで回されて外部樹脂層が形成されている電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記外部樹脂層が、前記ヨーク部材の外周面の全体を覆っている請求項1に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記可動子がマス部材とされていると共に、前記固定子には制振対象部材への取付部が設けられており、該制振対象部材への能動型制振器を構成する請求項1又は2に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記固定子における前記コイルが、軸方向で重ね合わされた第一のコイルと第二のコイルを含んで構成されていると共に、
前記ヨーク部材が、該第一のコイルを囲む第一のヨーク部材と該第二のコイルを囲む第二のヨーク部材を含んで構成されており、
前記モールド樹脂で固着されて該第一のヨーク部材を構成する前記複数の分割ヨーク部材と、前記モールド樹脂で固着されて該第二のヨーク部材を構成する前記複数の分割ヨーク部材とが、該モールド樹脂で相互に固着されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記ヨーク部材において前記コイルの外周に位置する筒状部に貫通孔が形成されており、該貫通孔を通じて前記モールド樹脂が該筒状部の内周側へ充填されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記コイルには、コイルワイヤに導通された給電用端子が設けられていると共に、
該給電用端子が配された外部接続用のコネクタ部が、前記モールド樹脂で一体形成されている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記コイルが、コイルワイヤが巻回された樹脂ボビンを含んでおり、該樹脂ボビンの存在下で成形された前記モールド樹脂が該樹脂ボビンに固着されている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
