Abstract
Description
図3(a)に示すように、長手の板状部材である基材30の表面には、長手方向に延在する2列の抵抗発熱体31、31と、給電線33a〜33cと、電極34a、34b等が設けられている。そして、基材30の表面およびこれらの部材を覆うようにして設けられ、これらを絶縁する絶縁層等が設けられる。

Claims (10)
- 回転可能に設けられた無端状のベルトと、
前記ベルトを加圧する回転可能な加圧部材と、
前記ベルトの内側に設けられ、前記ベルトを加熱する加熱部材と、
前記加圧部材の記録媒体搬送方向上流側に設けられ、記録媒体に当接する導電性部材とを備えた定着装置であって、
前記導電性部材は、接地され、かつ、前記記録媒体の当接を検知できることを特徴とする定着装置。 - 記録媒体搬送時に、前記導電性部材が前記記録媒体の当接を検知しない場合には、前記記録媒体の搬送速度を変更する請求項1記載の定着装置。
- 前記導電性部材は、抵抗を介して接地される請求項1または2記載の定着装置。
- 前記導電性部材は、容量素子を介して接地される請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 前記ベルトの幅方向において、前記導電性部材は、定着動作を行う最小幅の記録媒体の領域内に設けられる請求項1から4いずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 前記導電性部材は、固定手段により前記導電性部材に固定したハーネスを介して接地される請求項1から5いずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 前記導電性部材は、前記記録媒体の被定着面とは反対側の面に当接する請求項1から6いずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 前記導電性部材が前記記録媒体を定着ニップへガイドするためのガイド面を有する請求項1から7いずれか1項に記載の定着装置。
- 請求項1から8いずれか1項に記載の定着装置を備えた画像形成装置。
- 前記記録媒体に画像を転写すると共に、前記記録媒体を記録媒体搬送方向下流側へ搬送する画像転写部を有し、
前記記録媒体搬送時に、前記導電性部材が前記記録媒体の当接を検知しない場合には、前記画像転写部による前記記録媒体の搬送速度を変更する請求項9記載の画像形成装置。
