第1表面及び前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を含む支持層と、
前記支持層を覆い、前記支持層の前記第2表面と接触する第1接着面及び前記第1接着面とは反対側の第2接着面を含む接着層と、
前記接着層を覆い、前記接着層の前記第2接着面と接触する第1面及び前記第1面とは反対側の第2面を含むすべり層と、を備え、
前記接着層は、フッ素を含有しない熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記第2接着面に対してフッ素化処理を行って形成されたフッ素化処理層を少なくとも含み、
前記すべり層は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む。
少なくとも前記接着層の前記第2接着面に対して前記フッ素化処理を行い、
前記接着層の前記第1接着面を前記支持層の前記第2表面に配置し、前記すべり層の前記第1面を前記接着層の前記第2接着面に配置して、積層体を形成し、
前記積層体に対して加熱加圧し、
加圧状態で前記積層体を冷却する。
本発明において、「熱可塑性樹脂」とは、加熱によって軟化し、冷却によって固化するという性能を持っており、かつ、化学反応が起きず、加熱と冷却が何度繰り返して行われても、このような性能を保てる樹脂のことをいう。成形加工中において、熱可塑性樹脂は、加圧加熱によって軟化かつ流動し、化学架橋を生成せず、鋳型内で型づくられ、冷却で定形することにより、所要形状の製品に仕上げることができる。繰り返し加熱される過程において、分子構造はほぼ変わることなく、温度が高すぎるか時間が長すぎる場合には、デグレードまたは分解されることになる。
本発明の支持層101は金属である。前記金属は特に限定されず、低炭素鋼、ステンレス、アルミニウム、銅またはそれらの合金から選択することができる。
本発明の接着層102はフッ素を含有しない熱可塑性樹脂であり、また、接着層102は、さらに充填剤を含んでいても良い。
本発明におけるすべり層103は、主にポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなり、その質量分率が当業者が経験に基づいて決定されることができる。本発明の一の好ましい実施形態において、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの質量分率は、20〜100%である。好ましくは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの質量分率は、60〜90%である。前記すべり層103におけるポリテトラフルオロエチレンの質量分率が20〜100%であると、すべり層103の摩擦係数が小さくなり、耐摩耗性が優良になり、コストが低くなる。
図3に示すように、熱プレス成形法により、支持層101と、接着層102と、すべり層103とを加熱加圧して、本発明のすべり軸受を製造する。具体的には、
(1)少なくとも接着層102の第2接着面102bに対して前記フッ素化処理を行い、フッ素化処理層F(図示しない)を形成し、
(2)接着層102の第1接着面102aを支持層101の第2表面101bに配置し、すべり層103の第1面103aをフッ素化処理された接着層の第2接着面102bに配置することにより、積層体を形成し、
(3)積層体100を加熱加圧し、
(4)加圧状態で積層体100を冷却する。
製造されたすべり軸受の基材100を幅10mmのバータイプのサンプルにカットし、速度20mm/min、剥離角度180°の条件ですべり層103と支持層101を剥離し、電子万能試験機(三思 UTM5105)によって最大の剥離力を記録し、サンプルの幅で割ってピール強度を得る。
(実施例1)
上記実施例における方法に応じてすべり軸受の基材を製造し、
支持層101は、厚さが0.5mmの低炭素鋼板であり、粗化処理された第2表面101bの表面粗さが、Ra=2.0μmであった。
上記実施例における方法に応じてすべり軸受の基材を製造し、

上記実施例における方法に応じてすべり軸受の基材を製造し、
支持層101は、厚さが0.25mmの低炭素鋼板であり、粗化処理された第2表面101bの表面粗さが、Ra=1.6μmであった。
接着層102の厚さが0.045mmで、フッ素化処理の深さが15μmで、フッ素含有量が19%であった以外、実施例3と同様にした。
接着層102のフッ素化処理の深さが0.1μmで、フッ素含有量が5%であった以外、実施例3と同様にした。
接着層102は2%(質量分率)のグラファイトを含むポリアミド-6-フィルムで、厚さが0.045mmであった以外、実施例1と同様にした。
接着層102は厚さが0.05mmで、2%(質量分率)の二酸化ケイ素を含む熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム以外、実施例1と同様にした。
接着層のフッ素含有量が52%であった以外、実施例1と同様にした。
接着層102の第1接着面102a及び第2接着面102bは、いずれもフッ素化処理されなかった以外、実施例1と同様にした。
接着層102の第1接着面102a及び第2接着面102bは、いずれもフッ素化処理されなかった以外、実施例2と同様にした。
接着層102はエチレン-テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体で、厚さが0.05mmで、表面にフッ素化処理されなかった以外、実施例2と同様にした。

- 第1表面及び前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面を含む支持層と、
前記支持層を覆い、前記支持層の前記第2表面と接触する第1接着面及び前記第1接着面とは反対側の第2接着面を含む接着層と、
前記接着層を覆い、前記接着層の前記第2接着面と接触する第1面及び前記第1面とは反対側の第2面を含むすべり層と、を備え、
前記接着層は、フッ素を含有しない熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記第2接着面に対してフッ素化処理を行って形成されたフッ素化処理層を少なくとも含み、

- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、前記接着層における質量分率が、40〜100%である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記接着層は、さらに第1充填剤を含み、前記第1充填剤は、グラフト変性重合体、無機粉体またはそれらの組み合わせから選択され、前記グラフト変性重合体は、無水物グラフトポリエチレン、無水物グラフトポリプロピレン、アクリレートグラフトポリプロピレンの中から選択される1種または複数種であり、前記無機粉体は、グラファイト、グラフェン、カーボンナノチューブ、二酸化ケイ素の中から選択される1種または複数種である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.005〜0.1mmである、請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.02〜0.06mmである、請求項12に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンは、前記すべり層における質量分率が、20〜100%である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンは、前記すべり層における質量分率が、60〜90%である、請求項14に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記すべり層は、さらに第2充填剤を含み、前記第2充填剤は、固体潤滑剤、耐摩耗性向上剤、強化剤、重合体またはそれらの混合物から選択され、前記固体潤滑剤は、グラファイト、フッ化黒鉛、グラフェン、カーボンナノチューブ、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステンの中から選択される1種または複数種であり、前記耐摩耗性向上剤は、銅、鉛、硫化銅、硫化亜鉛、硫酸バリウム、硫化鉄、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、窒化ホウ素、ガラスビーズの中から選択される1種または複数種であり、前記強化剤は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン繊維、ポリイミド繊維の中から選択される1種または複数種であり、前記重合体は、ポリアミド、ポリフェニルエステル、ポリフェニレンスルファイド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、エチレン-テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体、フッ化エチレンプロピレン共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン-パーフルオロアルコキシビニルエーテル共重合体の中から選択される1種または複数種である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記すべり層の前記第1面は、表面処理された表面である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記表面処理は、化学変性処理、プラズマ処理、コロナ処理、火炎処理、レーザ照射処理を含む、請求項17に記載のすべり軸受。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のすべり軸受の製造方法であって、
少なくとも前記接着層の前記第2接着面に対して前記フッ素化処理を行い、
前記接着層の前記第1接着面を前記支持層の前記第2表面に配置し、前記すべり層の前記第1面を前記接着層の前記第2接着面に配置して、積層体を形成し、
前記積層体に対して加熱加圧し、
加圧状態で前記積層体を冷却するすべり軸受の製造方法。
