- 電池モジュールであって、
縦方向(Y)に沿って並列配置された複数の電池(1)と、各電池(1)の温度を収集するためのサーミスタ(2)とを含み、
各電池(1)は、トップカバープレート(11)と、正極電極端子(12)と、負極電極端子(13)と、防爆バルブ(14)とを含み、正極電極端子(12)と負極電極端子(13)とは、間隔をおいてトップカバープレート(11)に設けられ、防爆バルブ(14)は、トップカバープレート(11)に設けられ、正極電極端子(12)と負極電極端子(13)との間に位置し、
トップカバープレート(11)は、横方向(X)において、正極電極端子(12)から離間する第1境界(111)を有し、防爆バルブ(14)は、横方向(X)において、正極電極端子(12)に近接する第3境界(141)を有し、
サーミスタ(2)は、トップカバープレート(11)に設けられ、トップカバープレート(11)の第1境界(111)と防爆バルブ(14)の第3境界(141)との間に位置する、電池モジュール。 - 負極電極端子(13)は、横方向(X)において、防爆バルブ(14)から離間する第5境界(131)を有し、
サーミスタ(2)は、負極電極端子(13)の第5境界(131)と防爆バルブ(14)の第3境界(141)との間に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 負極電極端子(13)は、横方向(X)において、防爆バルブ(14)に近接する第6境界(132)をさらに有し、
サーミスタ(2)は、負極電極端子(13)の第6境界(132)と防爆バルブ(14)の第3境界(141)との間に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - サーミスタ(2)は、負極電極端子(13)の第5境界(131)と第6境界(132)との間に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 防爆バルブ(14)は、正極電極端子(12)から離間する第4境界(142)をさらに有し、
サーミスタ(2)は、防爆バルブ(14)の第4境界(142)と第3境界(141)との間に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 電池モジュールは、前記複数の電池(1)のトップカバープレート(11)の上方に設けられて正極電極端子(12)と負極電極端子(13)との間に位置する回路基板(3)をさらに含み、
サーミスタ(2)は、回路基板(3)に電気的に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 一方端が回路基板(3)に接続され、他方端がサーミスタ(2)に接続される導線(4)をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 各電池(1)は、本体(151)と本体(151)から張り出される正極タブ(152)および負極タブ(153)とを有する電極ユニット(15)と、トップカバープレート(11)と共に電極ユニット(15)をカプセル化するケース(16)と、電極ユニット(15)の正極タブ(152)および正極電極端子(12)に接続される第1連結シート(17)と、電極ユニット(15)の負極タブ(153)および負極電極端子(13)に接続される第2連結シート(18)とをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 第1連結シート(17)は、弱化領域(171)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- サーミスタ(2)と電池(1)のトップカバープレート(11)との間には、熱伝導パッドまたは熱伝導接着剤が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
