Claims (10)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって駆動されることで車両を走行させる油圧モータと、
前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの容量とを制御するコントローラと、
を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両の牽引力を取得し、
前記牽引力の減少に応じて前記エンジンの回転速度を低速側に変化させる、
作業車両。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの出力トルクと前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクとがマッチングするように前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの容量とを制御し、
前記車両の牽引力を取得し、
前記牽引力の減少に応じて前記エンジンの出力トルクと前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクとのマッチング点を前記エンジンの回転速度の低速側に変化させる可変マッチング制御にて、前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの容量とを制御する、
請求項1に記載の作業車両。 - 前記コントローラは、前記可変マッチング制御において、前記牽引力の減少に応じて前記エンジンの出力トルクと前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクとのマッチング点が前記エンジンの回転速度の低速側、且つ、低トルク側に変化するように、前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの容量とを制御する、
請求項2に記載の作業車両。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの出力トルクと前記エンジンの回転速度との関係を規定するレギュレーションラインに従って、前記エンジンの回転速度と前記エンジンの出力トルクとを制御し、
前記可変マッチング制御において、前記牽引力の減少に応じて、前記レギュレーションラインが低回転速度側に変化するように、前記エンジンを制御する、
請求項2又は3に記載の作業車両。 - 前記レギュレーションラインは、前記エンジンの目標回転速度によって規定され、
前記コントローラは、
前記目標回転速度と前記牽引力との関係を規定する回転速度−牽引力データを有し、
前記可変マッチング制御において、前記回転速度−牽引力データを参照して、前記牽引力から前記目標回転速度を決定する、
請求項4に記載の作業車両。 - 前記コントローラは、車速を取得し、
前記回転速度−牽引力データは、前記車速に応じて変化する前記目標回転速度と前記牽引力との関係を規定する、
請求項5に記載の作業車両。 - 手動で操作可能に設けられた回転速度設定部材をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記可変マッチング制御において、前記回転速度−牽引力データを参照して前記牽引力から前記エンジンの第1目標回転速度を決定し、
前記回転速度設定部材によって設定された前記エンジンの第2目標回転速度を取得し、
前記第1目標回転速度と前記第2目標回転速度との小さい方を前記エンジンの目標回転速度として決定する、
請求項5又は6に記載の作業車両。 - 前記コントローラは、前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクとの関係を規定するポンプ吸収トルク線に従って、前記エンジンの回転速度に応じて前記吸収トルクが変化するように前記油圧ポンプの容量を制御し、
前記コントローラは、前記牽引力の減少に応じて前記ポンプ吸収トルク線が前記エンジンの回転速度の低速側に変化するように、前記油圧ポンプの容量を制御する、
請求項5から7のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記ポンプ吸収トルク線において前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上限値となるときの前記エンジンの回転速度である基準回転速度と、前記目標回転速度との関係を規定するポンプ回転速度データを有し、
前記可変マッチング制御において、前記ポンプ回転速度データを参照して、前記目標回転速度から、前記基準回転速度を決定し、
前記基準回転速度によって規定される前記ポンプ吸収トルク線と、前記レギュレーションラインとの交点において、前記エンジンの出力トルクと前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクとがマッチングするように前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの容量とを制御する、
請求項8に記載の作業車両。 - エンジンと、前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって駆動されることで車両を走行させる油圧モータとを備える作業車両の制御方法であって、
前記車両の牽引力を取得することと、
前記エンジンの回転速度と前記油圧ポンプの容量とを制御することと、
前記牽引力の減少に応じて前記エンジンの回転速度を低速側に変化させる、
を備える作業車両の制御方法。
