Abstract
Description
出力室212は、第2流路62を介して、アクチュエータ4に接続されている。
本実施形態の車両用制動装置1は、第2系統6Bに液漏れが発生した場合、特定制御を実行するように構成されている。ブレーキECU8は、特定制御に関する機能として、判定部81と、制御部82と、を備えている。判定部81は、第2系統6Bからフルードが漏れているか否かを判定する。具体的に、判定部81は、第1系統6Aの液圧と第2系統6Bの液圧、すなわち圧力センサ37の検出結果と圧力センサ641の検出結果に基づいて、液漏れの有無を判定する。
上記とは異なる他の特定制御について説明する。制御部82は、判定部81により第2系統6Bからフルードが漏れていると判定されたことに応じて、特定制御として、第2電磁弁36を通過するフルード量が少なくなるように第2電磁弁36を制御する。つまり、制御部82は、特定制御として、第2電磁弁36を閉弁側に制御し、すなわち第2電磁弁36に目標差圧に対応する制御電流を印加する。これにより、ポンプ32から吐出されるフルードは、第2電磁弁36で目標差圧が達成されるまで、入力室211には供給されず、第1液圧回路63に優先的に供給される。換言すると、ポンプ32の吐出量を変えずとも、第2電磁弁36の閉弁により、第1系統6Aへのフルード供給量が通常制御時よりも大きくなる。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限られない。例えば、判定部81は、目標ホイール圧が設定された際に、常時、両系統6A、6Bの液圧を比較し、液漏れ判定を実行してもよい。判定部81は、イグニッション(電源)がオフされた後だけでなく、車両走行中の実際のブレーキ操作時にも、目標ホイール圧に対する各系統6A、6Bの液圧の上昇度合(すなわち減速度の達成度合)、又は両系統6A、6Bの液圧の比較に基づいて液漏れ判定を実行してもよい。この場合も、液漏れ有りの判定に応じて、特定制御が実行される。
Claims (4)
- 第1系統と、第2系統と、前記第1系統と前記第2系統とを接続する接続流路と、を有する液圧回路を備える車両用制動装置において、
前記第1系統にフルードを供給するフルード供給部と、
前記第1系統に流れるフルードに基づいて第1車輪に制動力を付与する第1制動部と、
前記第2系統に流れるフルードに基づいて第2車輪に制動力を付与する第2制動部と、
前記第2系統からフルードが漏れているか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記第2系統からフルードが漏れていると判定されたことに応じて、前記第1系統へのフルード供給量が増加するように前記フルード供給部を制御する特定制御を実行する制御部と、
を備える車両用制動装置。 - シリンダと、前記シリンダ内を摺動可能に配置されたピストンと、を有し、前記シリンダには前記ピストンによって区画された入力室と出力室とが形成されているマスタシリンダを更に備え、
前記接続流路は、前記入力室に接続され、
前記第2系統は、前記出力室に接続され、
前記制御部は、前記判定部により前記第2系統からフルードが漏れていると判定されたことに応じて、前記出力室の容積が最小になるまで前記特定制御を実行する請求項1に記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記出力室の最大容積に基づいて設定された時間で前記特定制御を実行する請求項2に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 前記接続流路に設けられた電磁弁を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記判定部により前記第2系統からフルードが漏れていると判定されたことに応じて、前記特定制御として、前記電磁弁を通過するフルード量が少なくなるように前記電磁弁を制御する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の車両用制動装置。
