Abstract
Description
全てのサンプルを、同じグラフェン粒子組成物で処理した。布サンプル#1は、一回のみ浸漬−乾燥処理し、サンプル#2は二回、サンプル#3は三回、サンプル#4は四回、サンプル#5は五回、各々浸漬−乾燥処理した。
次いで、5個のサンプル全てを、同じインジゴ染色処理に供した。同じインジゴ染色処理を非処理の布(参照布)にも実施した。
絶対値L*を測定した(データカラー分光光度計により検出)。参照布のL*値は25.9であり、サンプル1〜5のL*値は25.0から23.8まで減少しており、浸漬−乾燥処理は、それぞれの連続的な処理により、暗い色合いを布に与えた。
Claims (16)
- カーボン粒子含有組成物を調製し、前記組成物を繊維品に塗布する工程を含む繊維品の染色方法において、前記カーボン粒子の少なくとも一部は、2次元のナノ粒子及び/又は2次元のマイクロ粒子であることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記カーボン粒子は、0.01〜80μm、好ましくは0.1〜20.0μm、より好ましくは0.5〜2μmの寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記2次元のナノ粒子および2次元のマイクロ粒子とは異なる少なくとも一種の追加の染料により前記繊維品を染色する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記染料は、インジゴ又はインジゴ誘導体を含み、好ましくは、前記繊維品が糸の場合にはロープ染色法により、前記繊維品が布の場合には染色法により、前記繊維品に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボン粒子含有組成物を、一回以上前記繊維品に塗布することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維品は、糸および布から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記追加の染料の部分、好ましくは前記カーボン粒子および前記追加の染料の部分を除去する仕上げ工程により、前記布を処理する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボン粒子は、グラフェン、グラファイトおよびこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られる染色した繊維品であって、0.01〜80μm、好ましくは0.1〜20.0μm、より好ましくは0.5〜2μmの範囲の寸法を有する複数の2次元のナノ粒子及び/又は2次元のマイクロ粒子を含むことを特徴とする染色した繊維品。
- 前記カーボン粒子とは異なる追加の染料をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の染色した繊維品。
- 前記追加の染料は、インジゴ又はインジゴ誘導体を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の染色した繊維品。
- 前記繊維品は、少なくともリング染色されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の染色した繊維品。
- 請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の繊維品を含む衣服。
- 前記追加の染料の部分、又は前記追加の染料および前記カーボン粒子の部分は、前記繊維品から除去されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 前記カーボン粒子並びに少なくともバインダー及び/又は補助化学物質を含み、前記カーボン粒子が前記繊維品に塗布されるように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の繊維品の染色方法に用いる組成物であって、前記カーボン粒子は、0.01〜80μm、好ましくは0.1〜20.0μm、より好ましくは0.5〜2μmの範囲の寸法を有する2次元のナノ粒子及び/又は2次元のマイクロ粒子であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 繊維品の染色工程において、染料を塗布するためのアンダーコーティングを形成するための2次元のカーボンナノ又はマイクロ粒子の使用。
