Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- エネルギー照射(4)によって硬化可能な構成材料(3)からなる構成材料層の、漸次的、層ごと、選択的な露光と、これに伴い現れる漸次的、層ごと、選択的な硬化による、三次元の対象物の積層造形的な製造の為の装置(1)であって、
少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントを備える、プロセスチャンバー(10)と
第一の流体流(FS1)と第二の流体流(FS2)を形成する流れ装置(11)であって、前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記第二の流体流(FS2)は同じ流入領域(13)から前記プロセスチャンバー(10)に入り、別の同じ流出領域(14)で前記プロセスチャンバー(10)を出て、前記第一の流体流(FS1)は前記プロセスチャンバー(10)から生じた粒子状の汚染物質を運び、前記第二の流体流(FS2)は前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面に沿って流れて、前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面とを分ける、流れ装置(11)と、を備える装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面は、内表面及び外表面の少なくとも一つを備え、前記第二の流体流(FS2)は前記内表面及び外表面の少なくとも一つに沿って流れて前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記内表面及び外表面の少なくとも一つとを分ける、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面は少なくとも部分的に、平坦な幾何形態を有するか、シリンダー状の又はシリンダー形状の幾何形態を有するか、もしくは中空シリンダー状の又は中空シリンダー形状の幾何形態を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面は、流れ内部空間を有する管状の又は管形状の流れ案内要素(12,15)であり、前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記第二の流体流(FS2)は前記流れ内部空間を貫流する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面は、光学装置の光学要素であり、前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記第二の流体流(FS2)は前記光学要素の上を流れる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの前記機能コンポーネントの表面は、前記プロセスチャンバー(10)を画成するプロセスチャンバー壁部(10−10c)である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記第二の流体流(FS2)は、流れ速度において異なっている、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記第二の流体流(FS2)は、密度において異なっている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ装置(11)が、前記第二の流体流(FS2)を螺旋状又はスパイラル状に流れさせる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(1)は、前記流れ装置(11)に付設された複数のノズル要素を有するノズル装置を備え、少なくとも一つの第一のノズル要素が前記第一の流体流(FS1)を形成し、少なくとも一つの第二のノズル要素が、前記第二の流体流(FS2)を形成する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ装置(11)は、前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記第二の流体流(FS2)を流れ循環として流し、前記流れ循環は前記流れ装置(11)から流れて、前記少なくとも一つの前記機能コンポーネントの表面に沿って流れて、前記流れ装置(11)に戻り、前記少なくとも一つの第一のノズル要素及び前記少なくとも一つの第二のノズル要素が、前記流れ循環の同じ部分、又は異なる部分に設けられている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の流体流(FS1)及び前記第二の流体流(FS2)が不活性である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- エネルギー照射(4)によって硬化可能な構成材料(3)から成る構成材料層の、漸次的、層ごと、かつ選択的な露光と、これに伴って現れる漸次的、層ごと、かつ選択的な硬化による三次元の対象物の積層造形的な製造の為の装置(1)の運転の方法であって、流れ装置(11)は第一の流体流(FS1)及び第二の流体流(FS2)を、同じ流入領域(13)からプロセスチャンバー(10)に入れて、別の同じ流出領域(14)で前記プロセスチャンバー(10)から出して、前記第一の流体流(FS1)は前記プロセスチャンバー(10)から生じた粒子状の汚染物質を運び、前記第二の流体流(FS2)は少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面に沿って流れて前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面とを分ける、方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)の機能コンポーネントの表面を汚染物質の付着から保護する方法であって、流れ装置(11)が第一の流体流(FS1)及び第二の流体流(FS2)を同じ流入領域(13)からプロセスチャンバー(10)に入れて、別の同じ流出領域(14)で前記プロセスチャンバー(10)から出して、前記第一の流体流(FS1)は前記プロセスチャンバー(10)から生じた粒子状の汚染物質を運び、前記第二の流体流(FS2)は少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面に沿って流れて前記第一の流体流(FS1)と前記少なくとも一つの機能コンポーネントの表面とを分ける、方法。
