Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態の高圧タンク10の概略構成を示す断面図である。図1には、相互に直交するXYZ軸が図示されている。図1のXYZ軸は、他の図のXYZ軸に対応する。本実施形態の高圧タンク10には、例えば、70MPa程度の高圧の水素ガスが貯蔵される。高圧タンク10は、ライナー20と補強層30とを備えている。
上述した実施形態では、ドーム部22,23の曲面形状が等張力曲面形状となる状態を、ライナー20の内圧によって決定していたが、本発明はこれに限られない。例えば、ドーム部22,23の曲面形状が等張力曲面形状となる状態は、ドーム部22,23における曲面張力もしくはドーム部22,23の体積によって決定してもよい。このときの曲面張力および体積は、ライナー20に破壊を生じさせる曲面張力および体積のことである。
Claims (4)
- 高圧タンクであって、
気体を密封するための空間を形成するライナーと、
前記ライナーの周囲を覆う補強層と、を備え、
前記ライナーは、
円筒状のシリンダー部と、
前記シリンダー部の軸方向における両端に設けられた一対のドーム部と、を有し、
前記ドーム部は、前記ライナーの内圧が大気圧より高く設定された設定圧力となる際に、等張力曲面形状となる曲面形状である、高圧タンク。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧タンクであって、
前記設定圧力は、前記ライナーに破壊を生じさせる圧力である、高圧タンク。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧タンクであって、
前記設定圧力は、前記高圧タンクの最高充填圧力である、高圧タンク。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の高圧タンクであって、
前記シリンダー部に対する前記ドーム部の形状は、前記シリンダー部と前記ドーム部との結合部分における前記シリンダー部に対する前記ドーム部の傾きは0度であるとともに前記結合部分の曲率半径は6mmから30mmの範囲内の曲面であるか、もしくは、前記傾きは7度であるとともに前記結合部分の前記曲率半径は10mmから20mmの範囲内の曲面である、高圧タンク。
