The black turmeric-containing composition is obtained by adding vitamin minoxidil to black turmeric at a weight ratio of 0.0005 to 20 with respect to the black turmeric component. Each day, 500 mg of black turmeric component weight was applied to the scalp of the test subject.
When minoxidil was added to the black turmeric component at a blending ratio of 0.01 or more and 20 or less by weight, all the experimental items obtained a high improvement rate of 58% or more.

It is a general term for products produced by glycation reaction of proteins (Maillard reaction) and is a substance involved in various aging of the body (more precisely, a product produced by biochemical reaction).

<Effect demonstration experiment>
An experiment was conducted to confirm the effect of the composition containing black turmeric.
With respect to the form of black turmeric, the effect was the same regardless of whether black turmeric powder, black turmeric extract or black turmeric extract powder was used, and the effect was determined by the amount of the black turmeric component. Therefore, in this effect demonstration experiment, the amount of black turmeric component and the ratio of each additive to the black turmeric component were used as parameters in the composition containing black turmeric.
A specific experimental method will be described.

The experiment was conducted on 100 subjects aged 45 to 60. The test subject continuously uses a predetermined amount of the black turmeric-containing composition for 30 days. Use is application to the skin or oral administration. In each case, a predetermined amount was used once a day.
The diagnostic item is the amount of residual AGEs. During the application test to the skin, the amount of residual AGEs of the applied skin was measured. On the other hand, during the oral administration experiment, the amount of residual AGEs in blood was measured.
Then, by comparing the amount of residual AGEs measured on the day before the start of use of the composition containing black turmeric with the amount of residual AGEs measured on the day after using the composition containing black turmeric for 30 days, the amount of residual AGEs after use for 30 days was calculated. When it decreased, it was judged that saccharification was improved. In this result, the number of people whose saccharification was improved was divided by 100 subjects, and the percentage was expressed as the improvement rate.

  Hereinafter, in Example 2-1, the experimental results when the black turmeric-containing composition containing vitamin E as an additive was applied, and in Example 2-2, the black turmeric containing composition containing vitamin C as an additive was used. The experimental results when the product is applied are shown. Further, in Example 2-3, the experimental results of oral administration of the composition containing black turmeric with vitamin E as an additive, and in Example 2-4, the composition containing black turmeric with vitamin C as an additive The experimental result at the time of oral administration of the composition is shown.

(Example 2-1: Vitamin E is added and applied)
The black turmeric-containing composition is a composition in which vitamin E is added to black turmeric at a blending ratio varied with respect to the black turmeric component in a weight ratio of 001 to 20. Each day, 500 mg of black turmeric component weight was applied to the scalp of the test subject.

The experimental results are shown in Table 17.
By adding vitamin E to the black turmeric component in a blending ratio in the range of 0.01 to 15 by weight, it was confirmed that the improvement rate of the anti-saccharification effect was 74% or more.
Even if the amount of black turmeric component taken per day was decreased or increased, the tendency of the improvement rate with respect to the vitamin E blending ratio was the same. The improvement effect was seen in almost all subjects, and there was no large individual difference in the effect level.
Similar results were obtained when a vitamin E derivative was used instead of vitamin E.

Next, an experiment was conducted to verify whether the factor that gives this high improvement rate is the black turmeric alone or vitamin E alone or the effect obtained by blending black turmeric and vitamin E.
The concentration of each composition was changed from 0.001% to 20% for three kinds of compositions of black turmeric and vitamin E mixed in a weight ratio of 1: 1, black turmeric only, and vitamin E only. An experiment similar to the experiment conducted in Table 1 was conducted.

Table 18 shows the experimental results.
In Table 18, the table on the left shows the experimental results of a mixture of black turmeric and vitamin E in a weight ratio of 1: 1. The concentration is the concentration of black turmeric component. When the black turmeric concentration was 0.01% to 15%, all the experimental items obtained a high improvement rate of 70% or more.

  Next, the experimental result of only black turmeric is shown in the central table of Table 18. When the concentration of black turmeric is 0.01% or more, a significant improvement rate is shown, but the improvement rate is obviously smaller than that of the mixture of black turmeric and vitamin E.

  The experimental results of vitamin E alone are shown in the right table of Table 18. The improvement rate was small and no significant improvement effect was observed.

From the experimental results shown in Table 18, it was confirmed that the high improvement rate was mainly due to the addition of black turmeric and vitamin E rather than the effect of each alone.
Similar results were obtained when a vitamin E derivative was used instead of vitamin E.
(Example 2-2: Vitamin C is added and applied)
The black turmeric-containing composition is a composition in which vitamin C is added to black turmeric at a blending ratio varied with respect to the black turmeric component in a weight ratio of 0.001 to 25. Each day, 500 mg of black turmeric component weight was applied to the scalp of the test subject.

The experimental results are shown in Table 19.
It was confirmed that by adding vitamin C to the black turmeric component in a blending ratio in the range of 0.01 to 20 in weight ratio, the improvement rate of the anti-saccharification effect was 62% or more.
Even if the amount of black turmeric component to be taken daily was decreased or increased, the tendency of the improvement rate with respect to the vitamin C blending ratio was the same. The improvement effect was seen in almost all subjects, and there was no large individual difference in the effect level.
Similar results were obtained when a vitamin C derivative was used instead of vitamin C.

Next, an experiment was conducted to verify whether the factor that gives this high improvement rate is the black turmeric alone or vitamin C alone or the effect obtained by mixing black turmeric and vitamin C.
The concentration of each composition was changed from 0.001% to 25% for three types of compositions in which black turmeric and vitamin C were mixed at a weight ratio of 1: 1, black turmeric only, and vitamin C only, An experiment similar to the experiment conducted in Table 1 was conducted.

Table 20 shows the experimental results.
In Table 20, the table on the left shows the experimental results of a mixture of black turmeric and vitamin C in a weight ratio of 1: 1. The concentration is the concentration of black turmeric component. When the black turmeric concentration was 0.01% to 20%, all the experimental items obtained a high improvement rate of 60% or more.

  Next, the experimental results of black turmeric alone are shown in the central table of Table 20. When the concentration of black turmeric is 0.01% or more, a significant improvement rate is shown, but the improvement rate is obviously smaller than that of the mixture of black turmeric and vitamin C.

  The experimental results of vitamin C alone are shown in the right table of Table 20. The improvement rate was small and no significant improvement effect was observed.

From the experimental results shown in Table 20, it was confirmed that the high improvement rate was mainly due to the addition of black turmeric and vitamin C rather than the effect of each alone.

(Example 2-3: Vitamin E is added and taken orally)
The black turmeric-containing composition is a composition in which vitamin E is added to black turmeric at a weight ratio of 0.1 to the black turmeric component. Each day, the test subjects took the black turmeric component in the range of 100 mg to 20000 mg.

Table 21 shows the experimental results.
In Table 21, the first column is the daily dose of black turmeric component.
The second column shows the improvement rate of the hair-growth / hair-growth effect of the test subjects who took the composition containing black turmeric. In each row, the amount of black turmeric component taken per day was the amount shown in the first column of each row. The daily amount of vitamin E taken is 1/10 of the amount shown in the first column of each row.

  In the test section in which the composition containing black turmeric was taken, 350 mg or more of the black turmeric component was taken per day, and a significant hair growth / hair growth effect of 55% or more was confirmed. However, when the dose of the black turmeric component exceeded 20000 mg, side effects such as diarrhea and abdominal pain were confirmed in some subjects. Therefore, it was found that an appropriate dose showing a significant hair growth / hair growth effect and causing no side effect is 350 mg to 20000 mg per day as the amount of black turmeric component.

On the other hand, although the hair-growing / hair-growth effect was also seen in the two test groups in which only black turmeric or vitamin E was taken, the effect was higher than that in the test group in which the composition containing black turmeric was taken. It turned out to be clearly inferior.
Similar results were obtained when a vitamin E derivative was used instead of vitamin E.

  Next, as a black turmeric-containing composition, vitamin E was added to black turmeric at a blending ratio varied with respect to the black turmeric component in a weight ratio range of 0.00001 to 200. Each day, the test subjects took 500 mg of black turmeric component weight.

Table 22 shows the experimental results.
A good hair growth and hair growth effect was confirmed when 0.0002 or more by weight of vitamin E was added to the black turmeric component. However, when the blending ratio of vitamin E exceeds 2, some test subjects were confirmed to have side effects such as diarrhea and abdominal pain. Therefore, it was found that the proper vitamin E blending ratio which shows a significant hair-growing / hair-growth effect and causes no side effect is 0.0002 or more and 2 or less by weight ratio with respect to the black turmeric component.
Similar results were obtained when a vitamin E derivative was used instead of vitamin E.

(Example 2-4: Vitamin C added orally taken)
The black turmeric-containing composition is obtained by adding the same amount of vitamin C to black turmeric components to black turmeric. Each day, the test subjects took the black turmeric component in the range of 100 mg to 20000 mg.

Table 23 shows the experimental results.

  Next, as a black turmeric-containing composition, vitamin C was added to black turmeric at a compounding ratio varied with respect to the black turmeric component in a weight ratio of 0.0002 to 200. Each day, the test subjects took 500 mg of black turmeric component weight.

Table 24 shows the experimental results.
A good hair growth and hair growth effect was confirmed when 0.002 or more by weight of vitamin C was added to the black turmeric component. However, when the blending ratio of vitamin C exceeds 20, some test subjects were confirmed to have side effects such as diarrhea and abdominal pain. Therefore, it was found that the proper vitamin E blending ratio, which shows a significant hair-growing / hair-growth effect and does not cause side effects, is 0.002 or more and 20 or less by weight ratio with respect to the black turmeric component.
Similar results were obtained when a vitamin C derivative was used instead of vitamin C.

<Summary of Second Embodiment>
It was confirmed that the composition containing black turmeric had a great anti-glycation effect when using any one of vitamin C, vitamin E and derivatives thereof. It was also confirmed that there is no large individual difference in the degree of the effect.

It was clarified by comparison experiments that the main effect of these factors was the blending effect of mixing them in proper proportions rather than the properties of black turmeric alone and additives alone.
It was also confirmed that the dose of 350 mg or more per day as a black turmeric component significantly improved the effect.
