Abstract
Description
最初に本発明の実施態様を列挙して説明する。以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
本発明の実施形態に係る電気接続箱の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
図1は、実施形態1における電気接続箱1の外観図である。電気接続箱1は、中空の直方体状をなす収容箱10を備える。電気接続箱1では、収容箱10に複数のコネクタ11,11,・・・が設けられている。図1では、コネクタ11の数が2である例を示している。コネクタ11は直方体状をなす。コネクタ11には、内側に凹んだ筒状の凹部20が設けられている。
なお、連結部分P3に設けられる挿入口40の数は1であってもよい。この場合、対向開口41の数も1である。
実施形態1における電気接続箱1では、収容箱10の外側に向かって立ち上がっている連結部分P3の立ち上がり角度は、0度を超えており、かつ、90度未満である。しかしながら、連結部分P3の立ち上がり角度は、0度を超えており、かつ、90度未満である角度に限定されない。
実施形態2における電気接続箱1は、実施形態1における電気接続箱1が奏する効果を同様に奏する。

- 電気機器を収容し、収容した電気機器を介して複数の外部機器を相互に接続する電気接続箱であって、
コネクタと、
前記電気機器が収容される収容箱と
を備え、
前記収容箱は、
前記コネクタが挿入される挿入口と、
前記挿入口に対向する対向開口と
を有し、
前記挿入口及び対向開口の軸方向は同一である
電気接続箱。 - 前記収容箱の外郭をなす外郭板は、前記収容箱の外側に向かって立ち上がる立ち上がり部分を有し、
前記立ち上がり部分に前記挿入口が設けられている
請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記立ち上がり部分の立ち上がり角度は90度未満である
請求項2に記載の電気接続箱。 - 導電体と、
前記収容箱内で、前記導電体を前記コネクタに取り付ける取り付け部材と
を備える
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の電気接続箱。 - コネクタが挿入される挿入口と、軸方向が前記挿入口と同一であり、前記挿入口に対向する対向開口とを有する収容箱に電気機器を収容し、収容した電気機器を介して複数の外部機器を相互に接続する電気接続箱の製造方法であって、
前記挿入口に前記コネクタを挿入するステップと、
導電体を前記コネクタに取り付けるための取り付け道具を前記対向開口から挿入するステップと、
前記取り付け道具を用いて前記導電体を前記コネクタに取り付けるステップと
を含む電気接続箱の製造方法。
