Claims (11)
- 中心軸上に配置される上側部分および下側部分を有し、ハウジングチャンバを形成する、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングチャンバをポンピングチャンバと収容チャンバとに分割するよう前記ハウジングチャンバ内に配置されるパーティション部材であって、前記ポンピングチャンバは前記上側部分と前記パーティション部材との間にあり、前記収容チャンバは前記下側部分と前記パーティション部材との間にあるパーティション部材と、
前記ポンピングチャンバと前記収容チャンバとを分離する前記パーティション部材に取り付けられるデカップラと、
前記ポンピングチャンバ内に配置され、前記デカップラに取り付けられるエラストマー材料製の可動部材と、
を備える、液圧マウント装置であって、
前記可動部材は第一エラストマー材料および第二エラストマー材料で形成されており、前記第一エラストマー材料は第一硬度レベルを有し、前記第二エラストマー材料は第二硬度レベルを有し、前記第一硬度レベルと前記第二硬度レベルとは互いに異なる、
液圧マウント装置。 - 前記第二硬度レベルは、前記第一硬度レベルより小さい、
請求項1に記載の液圧マウント装置。 - 前記可動部材は、前記中心軸上に配置される円形形状を有し、内側部分と外側部分とを含み、前記内側部分は前記中心軸上に配置されており、前記外側部分は前記内側部分の回りに延設されている、
請求項2に記載の液圧マウント装置。 - 前記外側部分は前記第二硬度レベルを有する前記第二エラストマー材料で形成されており、前記内側部分は前記第一硬度レベルを有する前記第一エラストマー材料で形成されている、
請求項3に記載の液圧マウント装置。 - 前記ポンピングチャンバ内に、前記デカップラに隣接して、かつ、前記デカップラから間隔を空けて配置されるキャップを更に備え、
前記可動部材は、前記キャップと前記デカップラとの間に固定される、
請求項3又は4に記載の液圧マウント装置。 - 前記キャップは、前記可動部材の前記外側部分を前記キャップと前記デカップラとの間に固定するよう、前記キャップから外側に前記デカップラに向かって延設され、前記可動部材の前記外側部分に係合する突起部を有し、
前記外側部分の前記第二硬度レベルは、前記可動部材が受ける体積変化に応じてヒンジ動作を可能とするレベルである、
請求項5に記載の液圧マウント装置。 - 前記デカップラは、前記可動部材の移動を制限するよう、前記可動部材に隣接して、かつ、前記可動部材から間隔を空けて配置されるプラスチック材料で形成される圧縮プレートを有する、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の液圧マウント装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の液圧マウント装置のためのデカップラであって、
中心軸上に配置され、支持部材上端部と支持部材下端部との間で延設される支持部材と、
前記中心軸上に配置され、前記中心軸から前記支持部材上端部へと外側に径方向に延設され、前記支持部材上端部に取り付けられるエラストマー材料製の前記可動部材と、
を備えるデカップラ。 - 請求項5又は6記載の液圧マウント装置のためのデカップラであって、
中心軸上に配置され、支持部材上端部と支持部材下端部との間で延設される支持部材と、
前記中心軸上に配置され、前記中心軸から前記支持部材上端部へと外側に径方向に延設され、前記支持部材上端部に取り付けられるエラストマー材料の前記可動部材と、
を備え、
前記デカップラは、前記キャップを含み、前記キャップは、前記可動部材を前記キャップと前記支持部材との間に固定するよう、支持部材上側フランジに隣接して配置される、
デカップラ。 - 前記中心軸上に配置され、かつ、前記支持部材下端部に接続される基部を更に備え、前記支持部材と前記基部との間を延びる凹部が形成される、
