- 外部導体、ガラス材料および内部導体からなり、前記内部導体が膨張係数α内部を有し、前記ガラスが膨張係数αガラスを有し、前記外部導体が膨張係数α外部を有するガラス・金属フィードスルーであって、前記内部導体の膨張係数α内部が、前記ガラスの膨張係数αガラスよりも大きく、且つ前記外部導体の膨張係数α外部と、前記ガラスの膨張係数αガラスとの間の差が、20℃からガラス転移温度までの温度範囲で少なくとも2ppm/K、好ましくは少なくとも4ppm/Kであり、且つ前記外部導体の膨張係数α外部が、前記ガラスの膨張係数αガラスよりも大きいことを特徴とする、前記ガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記内部導体の膨張係数α内部が、好ましくは、前記ガラスの膨張係数の1.1倍よりも大きく、好ましくはαガラスの2倍の大きさ、殊に4×αガラス〜1.5×αガラスの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記外部導体が好ましくはニッケル不含の非腐食性の化学耐性の鋼(ステンレス鋼)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記外部導体が、非腐食性の化学耐性の鋼、殊にオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、殊にAISI 316Lからなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記外部導体が、ニッケル不含の非腐食性の化学耐性の鋼、好ましくはフェライトステンレス鋼、殊にAISI 430からなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記内部導体が、以下の材料
・ ニッケル不含のフェライトステンレス鋼、殊に非硬化性フェライトステンレス鋼であって、好ましくは高いクロム割合、殊に10.5〜20%、好ましくは15〜17%のクロム割合を有するもの、好ましくはAISI 430
・ モリブデン
・ タングステン
・ 白金
・ ニオブ
・ チタン
・ 白金/イリジウム
からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。 - 前記内部導体の膨張係数および前記外部導体の膨張係数が、内部導体上で少なくとも30MPa、好ましくは少なくとも50MPa、殊に少なくとも100MPaの接合圧力が構築されるように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 埋め込み可能な医療器具または装置内での請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルーの使用。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス・金属フィードスルーを有する、人体または動物の体または生存する生物細胞を含有する細胞培養物中に入れることができるかまたはそれらに装着できる部品であって、前記外部導体と前記内部導体とが少なくとも、稼働状態で人体または動物の体と接触する表面領域において、アレルギーの可能性が低下された金属からなる前記部品。
- 人体または動物の体または細胞培養物と接触する前記外部導体および前記内部導体の金属が、ニッケルおよび/またはクロムを放出しないことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の部品。
- 前記外部導体の金属および前記内部導体の金属が、少なくとも、稼働状態で人体または動物の体または細胞培養物の生物細胞と接触する表面領域で、ニッケル不含および/またはクロム不含の鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の部品。
- 少なくとも、稼働状態で人体または動物の体、または細胞培養物の生物細胞と接触する表面領域における前記内部導体の金属が、
・ フェライトステンレス鋼(AISI 4xx)
・ 白金
・ 白金/イリジウム
・ ニオブ
・ チタン
・ モリブデン
・ タングステン
並びにそれらの組み合わせの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の部品。 - 少なくとも、稼働状態で人体または動物の体、または細胞培養物の生物細胞と接触する表面領域における前記外部導体の金属が、
・ オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼AISI 3xxx、殊に
・ AISI 316L
