Claims (5)
- 超音波内視鏡下穿刺吸引法で使用される超音波内視鏡と併用して病変部となる癌組織を加熱により治療する内視鏡下癌治療システムであって、
先端側にヒータと温度検出素子が設けられている加熱針と、
前記温度検出素子から検出された温度データに基づいて前記ヒータを所定の温度に制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記加熱針は、前記超音波内視鏡の挿入部内に設けられる処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通されて、該挿入部の先端側に設けられる先端開口部から出し入れ可能に構成され、かつ、前記ヒータの長さを変更可能に構成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡下癌治療システム。 - 前記加熱針は、前記超音波内視鏡の前記挿入部の前記先端開口部から前記処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通された穿刺針を後退又は退避させてから、前記癌組織内に定置され、前記ヒータが所望の温度に加熱するように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡下癌治療システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記ヒータに向けて導通状態を試験する試験電流を供給する機能と、前記試験電流を供給した際に前記ヒータの長さを確認する機能と、前記ヒータの長さに応じて所定の大きさの電流を供給するように制御する機能と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡下癌治療システム。
- 前記制御部から前記ヒータに向けて供給する前記試験電流及び前記電流は、直流電流であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡下癌治療システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記ヒータの温度が45℃以上99℃以下になるように前記電流を該ヒータに向けて供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡下癌治療システム。
