Description
Claims (7)
- 生体内の患部に穿刺又は挿入され患部を加熱する生体加熱器具において、
内針と、
上記内針が針基側の開口から針先側に挿入される中空部を有する外針とを備え、
上記内針は、生体適合性及び熱伝導性を有し、ヒータが内蔵され、
上記外針は、刃先開口部を有して薬剤を注入可能であり、
上記内針の針先が上記外針の針先から突出していない生体加熱器具。 - 上記内針の内部又は上記外針の外面には、更に、温度検出素子が設けられている請求項1記載の生体加熱器具。
- 上記外針の外面には、上記患部の加熱領域を除く領域に、断熱層が設けられている請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の生体加熱器具。
- 上記中空部は、上記外針の針先と針基が開口した貫通孔である請求項1記載の生体加熱器具。
- 生体内の患部に穿刺又は挿入され患部を加熱する生体加熱器具の制御装置であって、
上記生体加熱器具は、内針と、上記内針が針基側の開口から針先側に挿入される中空の外針とを有し、上記内針が生体適合性及び熱伝導性を有し、ヒータが内蔵されており、上記外針は、刃先開口部を有して薬剤を注入可能であり、上記内針の針先が上記外針の針先から突出しておらず、
上記制御装置は、上記生体加熱器具と送受信を行う送受信部と、
上記送受信部と送受信を行う生体加熱器具のヒータの温度及び/又は加熱時間を制御するコントローラと
を備える制御装置。 - 上記生体加熱器具の内針の内部又は外針の外面には、更に、温度検出素子が設けられており、
上記コントローラは、上記温度検出素子からの温度データに基づいて上記ヒータを制御する請求項5記載の制御装置。 - 上記コントローラは、複数の生体加熱器具のヒータを独立して制御する請求項5又は請求項6記載の制御装置。
