Abstract
Description
航空機の外装パネルに装着される灯具であって、
金属製のハウジングとこのハウジングに装着されたカバー部材とによって形成される灯室内に光源が収容されてなる灯具において、
上記カバー部材は、上記光源からの出射光を透過させるための光透過領域を有するカバー本体と、このカバー本体の外周部を支持する金属製の本体支持部とを備えており、かつ、上記本体支持部において上記ハウジングに固定されており、
上記灯室内に、上記ハウジングと上記本体支持部とを電気的かつ機械的に接続するための保持ケーブルが、上記光源から上記カバー本体の光透過領域へ向かう光を遮光しない位置に配置されており、
上記ハウジングに、上記保持ケーブルを上記航空機の機体側構造部材に対して電気的に接続するための接地用端子が設けられている、ことを特徴とするものである。
このように本願発明によれば、航空機の外装パネルに装着される灯具において、灯具機能を損なうことなく雷の被害から灯具構成部材を保護することができる。

Claims (5)
- 航空機の外装パネルに装着される灯具であって、
金属製のハウジングとこのハウジングに装着されたカバー部材とによって形成される灯室内に光源が収容されてなる灯具において、
上記カバー部材は、上記光源からの出射光を透過させるための光透過領域を有するカバー本体と、このカバー本体の外周部を支持する金属製の本体支持部とを備えており、かつ、上記本体支持部において上記ハウジングに固定されており、
上記灯室内に、上記ハウジングと上記本体支持部とを電気的かつ機械的に接続するための保持ケーブルが、上記光源から上記カバー本体の光透過領域へ向かう光を遮光しない位置に配置されており、
上記ハウジングに、上記保持ケーブルを上記航空機の機体側構造部材に対して電気的に接続するための接地用端子が設けられている、ことを特徴とする灯具。 - 上記保持ケーブルは、該保持ケーブルの両端部が上記光源に関して互いに対向する位置に配置されるように形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の灯具。
- 上記光源は、基板に搭載された少なくとも1つの発光素子によって構成されており、
上記ハウジングの底壁部に、上記灯室内へ向けて突出する突出部が形成されており、
上記基板は、上記突出部に対して着脱可能に装着されており、
上記保持ケーブルは、上記ハウジングの周壁部と上記突出部との間を通るようにして配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の灯具。 - 上記ハウジングは、該ハウジングにおいて上記カバー部材の本体支持部を固定している部分の外周側に外周フランジ部が形成された構成を有しており、
上記灯具は、上記外周フランジ部において上記航空機の機内側から上記外装パネルに装着されるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか記載の灯具。 - 上記灯具は、上記航空機の側面部において上記外装パネルに装着されるように構成されており、
上記カバー本体の本体支持部の下端部に、上記灯室内に溜まった水を上記外装パネルの外側空間へ排出するための切欠き部が形成されており、
上記保持ケーブルは、上記光源の上方側を通るようにして配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか記載の灯具。
