Claims (12)
- 創傷インサートの製造方法であって、
網状連続気泡フォーム部材の第1の表面をフェルト化して、前記第1の表面から前記フォーム部材内に延びる第1のフェルト層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の表面から前記第1のフェルト層の一部を除去することにより、前記第1のフェルト層に少なくとも1つのチャネルを形成するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルは、前記フォーム部材にわたって前記第1のフェルト層よりも流体の流れに対する抵抗が低くなるよう構成される、ステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記フェルト化するステップは、前記フォーム部材を圧縮し、前記第1の表面を加熱することにより実行されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルの深さが、前記第1のフェルト層の深さ以上であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、さらに、前記フォーム部材の前記第1の表面とは異なる第2の表面をフェルト化して第2のフェルト層を形成するステップを備えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが、レーザー切断または成形によって形成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 創傷インサートにおいて、
創傷床と接触するためのフェルト表面と、前記フェルト表面に形成された少なくとも1つのチャネルと、を有する網状連続気泡フォーム部材を備えており、
前記フェルト表面は多孔質であり、組織の成長を抑制し、
前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが、前記フォーム部材にわたって前記フェルト表面よりも流体の流れに対する抵抗が低くなるよう構成されていることを特徴とする創傷インサート。 - 請求項6に記載の創傷インサートにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルの深さが、前記フェルト表面の深さに等しいことを特徴とする創傷インサート。
- 請求項6に記載の創傷インサートにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルの深さが、前記フェルト表面の深さよりも大きいことを特徴とする創傷インサート。
- 請求項7または8に記載の創傷インサートにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが細長いチャネルであることを特徴とする創傷インサート。
- 請求項9に記載の創傷インサートにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが前記フェルト表面の縁部と交差することを特徴とする創傷インサート。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の創傷インサートにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが閉鎖した形状であることを特徴とする創傷インサート。
- 請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の創傷インサートにおいて、複数のチャネルが前記フェルト表面に形成されていることを特徴とする創傷インサート。
