Claims (19)
- ウィンドウ及びディスプレイを含み、タッチスクリーンを選択的に含んでなる、着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置において、
前記ウィンドウ、タッチスクリーン及びディスプレイのうちのいずれか1つに位置し、0.1gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmの接着力を有する着脱層と;
前記ウィンドウ、タッチスクリーン及びディスプレイのうちのいずれか1つに、前記着脱層に対向して位置し、微細突起が形成された着脱調整層と;
を含む着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。 - 前記ウィンドウ、タッチスクリーン及びディスプレイの間には、接着層または前記着脱層と同一の材質からなる他の着脱層のうちの少なくともいずれか1つが存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱層は、アクリル系重合体、シリコン系重合体またはウレタン系重合体である熱硬化性樹脂または紫外線硬化型樹脂に架橋剤を混合した接着剤またはそれらの混合物またはそれらの共重合体のうちから選ばれたいずれか1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱層は、前記着脱調整層の微細突起の間に入り込み、前記着脱調整層を透明にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱調整層は、フッ素系樹脂またはシリコン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱調整層は、チタニア(TiO2)またはシリカ(SiO2)からなる蒸着層と、前記蒸着層上に積層された、フッ素系樹脂またはシリコン系樹脂を含有する層と、を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱調整層により、前記着脱層の接着力は0.5gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細突起の断面は、角を有するか、曲率を有するか、またはそれらの組み合わせを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置。

- 前記微細突起の断面は、角を有するか、曲率を有するか、またはこれらの組み合わせを有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記微細突起は、線状、格子状、島状、またはそれらを組み合わせた形状に配列されたことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記着脱調整層は、前記微細突起を有さない平坦部と、前記微細突起を有する凹凸部とに区分される着脱調整パターンであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記着脱調整パターンは、帯状、格子状、フェンス状、またはそれらを組み合わせた形状からなることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記微細突起は、
シリカなどの半透明のビーズと紫外線硬化型樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂とを混合し、前記着脱調整層に塗布して硬化させて形成する方法、
前記紫外線硬化型樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂を塗布した前記着脱調整層を、前記微細突起の形状が刻印されたシート状またはロール状の金型を用いて圧着した後、硬化させて形成する方法、
前記紫外線硬化型樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂を塗布したフィルムまたはシートを転写して形成する方法、
前記微細突起に合わせた形状の金型で成形して形成する方法、
前記着脱調整層の表面にレーザビームを照射して形成する方法、
紫外線硬化型インクまたは熱硬化性インクを用いて前記着脱調整層の表面に印刷して形成する方法、
前記着脱調整層の表面に物理的な衝撃を与えて表面に前記微細突起を形成する方法、
マスキング後に樹脂を塗布して形成する方法、
及び露光またはエッチングを行って形成する方法のうちから選ばれたいずれか1つの方法により形成することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の着脱調整用微細突起を有するディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
