Claims (8)
- 店舗装備品、冷却設備及び特殊な展示ケースの使用分野のための、透明な縁結合を有する複層ドアのための絶縁ガラス要素であって、
ベース板(4)とカバー板(4)との間で、ドアの垂直な縁領域にかつ上側の水平領域にガラススペーサ(1)がまたは両方の水平な領域にアルミニウムもしくはプラスチックスペーサ(2)が配置されており、及びベース板(4)とスペーサ(1、2)との間にかつスペーサ(1、2)とカバー板(4)との間に、EVAフィルムテープ(3)が存在し、ここで、前記EVAフィルムテープ(3)は、水平なスペーサ(2)から垂直なスペーサ(1)への四つの端点において、重なって配置されていることを特徴とする、前記絶縁ガラス要素。 - ガラススペーサ(1)が好ましくはソーダ石灰ガラスから切り出されているものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラス要素。
- ガラススペーサ(1)が研磨されており、かつ研磨された縁が0.5mmの面取り幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の絶縁ガラス要素。
- 前記EVAフィルム(3)が、0.38mmの厚さまたはこれの数倍の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の絶縁ガラス要素。
- 前記EVAフィルムの代わりに、多重架橋剤としてのグラニュールの形態のエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーが、ガラス板(4)とスペーサ(1、2)との間に、加熱の結果として液体の形で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の絶縁ガラス要素。
- 店舗装備品、冷却設備及び特殊な展示ケースのための透明な縁結合を有する複層ドアのための絶縁ガラス要素を、EVAフィルムテープを用いて製造する方法であって、絶縁ガラス要素のベース板(4)上で、ストリップの形態に切断されたEVAフィルム(3)を、垂直な領域では外側の板縁と面一に、かつ水平な領域では外側のガラス縁から約15mm奥まらせてベース板(4)上に敷き、この際、フィルムストリップ(3)の末端を縦ストリップと横ストリップとが3〜5mm重なるように敷き、次いでガラススペーサ(1)を、同様に外側のガラス縁と面一にEVAフィルムテープ(3)上に敷き、長手側のガラススペーサ(1)に対して垂直にアルミニウムスペーサ(2)またはプラスチックスペーサ(2)を、ベース板(4)の細いガラス縁から奥まらせてEVAフィルム上に敷き、そして周囲に走る枠を及びそれ故、ベース板(4)とカバー板(4)との間に板間空間(5)を形成する、長手方向に敷かれたガラススペーサ(1)上及び水平に敷かれたアルミニウムスペーサ(2)またはプラスチックスペーサ(1)上に、同様に細いEVAフィルムテープ(3)を重ねて敷き、そしてEVAフィルム(3)が上に敷かれた前記の枠上に、カバー板(4)を敷き、そしてこの複合材全体を締め付けて固定し、次いで積層プロセスを約135℃で積層炉中で行い、そして積層プロセスの完了後に、慣用の方法に従ってアルミニウムスペーサ(2)またはプラスチックスペーサ(2)の縁を封止し及び絶縁ガラス要素の板間空間(5)に希ガスを充填することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 店舗装備品、冷却設備及び特殊な展示ケースの使用分野のための透明な縁結合を有する複層ドアのための絶縁ガラス要素を、グラニュールの形態のエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーを用いて製造する方法であって、グラニュール形態のエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーを供給装置中、130〜145℃で液化し、そして糸状のストリップとして、垂直方向では該絶縁ガラス要素のベース板(4)の外側の縁からスペーサ厚の半分の間隔をあけてベース板(4)上に施与し、かつ水平の領域では外側のガラス縁から約15mm奥まらせて施与し、次いで、ガラススペーサ(1)を外側のガラス縁と面一に、かつアルミニウムスペーサ(2)またはプラスチックスペーサ(2)を、長手側のガラススペーサ(1)に対して垂直に、コポリマーのストリップ上に敷き、そして長手方向に敷かれたガラススペーサ(1)と横方向に敷かれたアルミニウムスペーサ(2)またはプラスチックスペーサ(2)とからなる、ベース板(4)上のこの枠上において、全てのスペーサ(1、2)上にコポリマーの糸状のストリップを施与し、そうしてからカバー板(4)を敷き、そして今や完全な絶縁ガラス要素を締め付けて固定し、次いで、積層プロセスを約135℃で積層炉中で行い、そして積層プロセスの完了後に、慣用の方法に従って、アルミニウムスペーサ(2)またはプラスチックスペーサ(2)の縁を封止し、そして該絶縁ガラス要素の板間空間(5)に希ガスを充填することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項7に記載の絶縁ガラス要素の製造方法であって、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーの施与を供給装置を用いて、スペーサ(1、2)及びカバー板(4)の敷設をロボットを用いて行うことを特徴とする、前記方法。
