Claims (9)
- 燃料噴射システム(10)内の、高圧を案内する構成部分(44)に用いられる逆止弁(48)であって、
弁ハウジング(60)を備え、該弁ハウジング(60)が、該弁ハウジング(60)に形成された、所定の内径(DI)を有する弁孔(58)を有し、該弁孔(58)内に、弁座(64)と、該弁座(64)と協働するシールエレメント(52)とが配置されており、
コイルばね(54)を備え、該コイルばね(54)が、前記弁孔(58)の長手方向軸線(AL)に沿って作用するばね力(FF)によって前記シールエレメント(52)を前記弁座(64)に載着した状態に保持しており、
前記コイルばね(54)が、それぞれ所定の外径(DA)を有する複数のコイル巻き条(62)を有し、
当該逆止弁(48)が組み立てられていない状態では、前記コイル巻き条(62)のうちの少なくとも1つのコイル巻き条の外径(DA)が、前記弁孔(58)の少なくとも1つの部分領域の内径(DI)よりも大きいので、当該逆止弁(48)が組み立てられた状態では、前記コイルばね(54)が、前記弁孔(58)内に摩擦接続式に位置固定されている、
高圧を案内する構成部分(44)に用いられる逆止弁(48)。 - 前記コイルばね(54)が、前記長手方向軸線(AL)に沿って、予め規定された力量によって変形可能であるばねプリロード領域(68)と、前記長手方向軸線(AL)に沿って、前記予め規定された力量によって実質的に変形可能ではない摩擦接続領域(72)とを有し、前記コイルばね(54)が、前記ばねプリロード領域(68)によって前記シールエレメント(52)に接触しており、前記摩擦接続領域(72)が、前記長手方向軸線(AL)に沿って前記シールエレメント(52)とは反対の側に位置するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の逆止弁(48)。
- 前記ばねプリロード領域(68)が、円錐状に形成されていて、円錐先端領域(70)によって前記シールエレメント(52)に支持されており、前記摩擦接続領域(72)が、実質的に同じ外径(DA)を有する複数のコイル巻き条(62)を有し、特に前記摩擦接続領域(72)の最も外側のコイル巻き条(62)が、前記コイルばね(54)の対称軸線(AS)に向かって内方へ引き込まれて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の逆止弁(48)。
- 前記弁孔(58)が、第1の内径(DI1)を有する第1の弁孔領域(76)と、第2の内径(DI2)を有する第2の弁孔領域(78)とを有し、前記シールエレメント(52)と前記コイルばね(54)とが、前記第1の弁孔領域(76)に配置されており、前記第1の内径(DI1)が、前記第2の内径(DI2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の逆止弁(48)。
- 前記第1の弁孔領域(76)から前記第2の弁孔領域(78)への移行部(82)に、当付けつば(84)が形成されており、該当付けつば(84)に前記コイルばね(54)の前記摩擦接続領域(72)が支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3を引用する請求項4記載の逆止弁(48)。
- 前記第1の内径(DI1)が、少なくとも前記コイルばね(54)の長手方向延在長さ(L)に沿って実質的に一定であり、前記第2の内径(DI2)が、前記長手方向軸線(AL)に沿って前記第1の弁孔領域(76)から離れる方向に円錐状に拡径していることを特徴する、請求項4または5記載の逆止弁(48)。
- 前記第1の弁孔領域(76)から前記第2の弁孔領域(78)への移行部(82)が、凸面状に丸められて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の逆止弁(48)。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の逆止弁(48)を有する、高圧を案内する構成部分(44)、特に燃料高圧ポンプ(18)用の高圧接続部(46)において、前記弁ハウジング(60)が、前記高圧を案内する構成部分(44)により形成されていることを特徴とする、高圧を案内する構成部分(44)。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射システム(10)用の燃料高圧ポンプ(18)であって、燃料(12)に高圧を付与するための圧力室(26)と、該圧力室(26)の下流側に接続された、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の逆止弁(48)を備えた、高圧を案内する構成部分(44)とを有し、前記逆止弁(48)が、特に、高圧付与された燃料(12)を前記圧力室(26)から流出させるための流出弁(28)として形成されている、内燃機関の燃料噴射システム(10)用の燃料高圧ポンプ(18)。
