Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 予め定められた間隔で折り畳まれ、折り畳まれる基本単位となる複数のベースユニットを含むベースと、
前記ベースの少なくとも一部領域に位置して処理対象試料の吸着を防止し、貯蔵空間または移動経路を区分するコーティング層と、
前記コーティング層により領域が定義され、前記ベースユニットに各々位置し、測定しようとする試料に含まれて分離しようとするターゲット物質または前記試料から前記ターゲット物質を除いた分離対象物質を少なくとも一部吸着して貯蔵するかまたは移動経路を提供する複数のリザーバと、および
前記リザーバのうち少なくとも一部のリザーバと少なくとも一部重なって位置し、イオンを選択的に透過させる選択的イオン透過層と
を含む試料分離装置。 - 前記ベースの一側末端に位置した第1末端ベースユニットは前記リザーバとして第1末端リザーバを含み、前記ベースの他側末端に位置した第2末端ベースユニットは前記リザーバとして第2末端リザーバを含み、前記第1末端リザーバと前記第2末端リザーバは各々前記選択的イオン透過層と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記選択的イオン透過層は、前記第1末端ベースユニットと隣接した第3末端ベースユニットに位置する前記リザーバである第3末端リザーバ、および前記第2末端ベースユニットと隣接した第4末端ベースユニットに位置する前記リザーバである第4末端リザーバに位置することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記複数のベースユニットのうち末端に位置しないベースユニットと直接的に連結され、前記ベースが折り畳まれる時に外部に少なくとも一部位置し、サンプルを注入するためのインジェクションベースユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記インジェクションベースユニットの少なくとも一面には、
前記インジェクションベースユニットの少なくとも一部領域に位置して処理対象試料の吸着を防止し、貯蔵空間または移動経路を区分するインジェクションベースユニットコーティング層と、
前記複数のベースユニットのうち末端に位置しないベースユニットに含まれたリザーバと連結され、処理対象試料を投入するために濡らされるインジェクションリザーバと、および
前記コーティング層により領域が区分され、前記ベースユニットのリザーバと前記インジェクションリザーバとを連結する処理対象試料の移動経路であるサンプルインジェクションチャネルとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の試料分離装置。 - 前記ベースは多孔性メンブレインを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- スリップレイヤベースと、前記スリップレイヤベースの少なくとも一部領域に位置するスリップレイヤコーティング層と、および前記スリップレイヤコーティング層により領域が定義され、測定しようとする試料を少なくとも一部吸着して貯蔵するかまたは移動経路を提供するスリップレイヤリザーバとを含み、前記ベースに含まれる少なくとも一部のベースユニットの間に挿入または除去が可能となるように備えられたスリップレイヤユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記スリップレイヤリザーバは、試料の投入のために処理対象となる試料または導電性液体で濡らされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記複数のリザーバは、処理対象となる試料または導電性液体で濡らされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記ベースユニットは、必要に応じて少なくとも一つを切り取って前記試料のターゲット物質または分離対象物質を選択的に得ることができるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記コーティング層は、試料の吸着を防止するための疎水性物質を含み、物理的切断方式であるカッティングによって一定パターンの前記疎水性物質のコーティング膜を形成した後に前記ベースの両面に付着されるか、または前記疎水性物質を前記パターンに応じて塗布するパターニングによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試料分離装置。
- 複数のベースユニットを含み、前記複数のベースユニットが折り畳まれるように形成されたベースと、
前記ベースの少なくとも一部領域に位置して試料の吸着を防止し、貯蔵空間または移動経路を区分するコーティング層と、
前記コーティング層により領域が設定され、前記複数のベースユニットに位置し、前記試料から分離しようとする収集対象物または前記試料に含まれた前記収集対象物ではない分離対象物を貯蔵するかまたは移動させる複数のリザーバと、
前記複数のリザーバのうち一部のリザーバと結合してイオンを選択的に透過させる選択的イオン透過層と、および
前記複数のベースユニットが折り畳まれて形成する前記収集対象物の移動経路の中間に位置して前記分離対象物を濾過する濾過層と
を含む試料分離装置。 - 前記濾過層は多孔性メンブレインを含み、
前記濾過層の微細孔(Pore)の大きさは、前記収集対象物の大きさより大きく、前記分離対象物の大きさより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の試料分離装置。 - 前記濾過層を圧着して前記微細孔の大きさを調節し、
前記濾過層は前記濾過層に加えられた圧力の強さまたは前記微細孔の大きさを表示する表示部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の試料分離装置。 - 前記濾過層の個数は複数であり、前記複数の濾過層は前記複数のベースユニットが折り畳まれて形成する前記収集対象物の移動経路上に位置して2つ以上の分離対象物を段階的に分離することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の試料分離装置。
- 前記濾過層は前記複数のベースユニットのうち末端に位置しないベースユニットと直接的に連結され、
前記複数のベースユニットが折り畳まれる過程で前記収集対象物の移動経路の中間に前記濾過層が挿入されるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の試料分離装置。
