Abstract
Description
− 植物性繊維の量またはストリームを提供するステップと、
− 反応性バインダの量またはストリームを提供するステップであって、バインダは反応性構成成分および/または反応性プレポリマーを含む、提供するステップと、
− 反応性バインダと植物性繊維とを混合して反応性複合混合物とし、反応性複合混合物を押し出し装置に供給するステップと、
− 押し出し装置中で反応性複合混合物を押し出しプロセス条件に付すステップと、
− 植物性繊維の細孔を反応性バインダで充填しながら同時に細孔から空気を排出するステップと、
− 押し出しプロセス条件の温度で、植物性繊維の周囲および植物性繊維の細孔内の反応性バインダを反応させ、木質複合体を形成するステップと
を含む、木質複合体生成物を製造するための方法を提案する。
Claims (15)
- − 植物性繊維(1)の量またはストリームを提供するステップと、
− 反応性バインダの量またはストリームを提供するステップであって、前記バインダは反応性構成成分(2a)および/または反応性プレポリマー(2b)を含む、提供するステップと、
− 前記反応性バインダと前記植物性繊維とを混合して反応性複合混合物(4)とし、前記反応性複合混合物を押し出し装置(5)に供給するステップと、
− 前記押し出し装置中で前記反応性複合混合物を押し出しプロセス条件に付すステップと、
− 前記植物性繊維の細孔を前記反応性バインダで充填しながら同時に前記細孔から空気を排出するステップと、
− 前記押し出しプロセス条件の温度で、前記植物性繊維の周囲および前記植物性繊維の前記細孔内の前記反応性バインダを反応させ、木質複合体を形成するステップと
を含む、木質複合体を製造するための方法。 - 前記押し出しプロセス条件は約100℃〜200℃の範囲の温度、および約100bar〜約3000barの範囲の圧力を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記木質複合体生成物を硬化型(8)に供給するステップを含み、前記硬化型中の温度は前記押し出しプロセス条件の温度に相当する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記木質複合体生成物を前記硬化型(8)から送り台要素(20)に供給するステップを含み、前記送り台要素中の温度は前記押し出しプロセス条件の温度に相当するか、または前記押し出しプロセス条件の温度より低い、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 植物性繊維:反応性バインダの重量比は8:2〜99:1の範囲である、請求項1〜4に記載の方法。
- 前記植物性繊維の含水量は調整され、好ましくは前記含水量は約5重量%〜約40重量%、より好ましくは15重量%〜20重量%の範囲に調整される、請求項1〜5に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性バインダの粘度は、25℃で約100〜500mPa・sの範囲である、請求項1〜6に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性バインダの前記粘度は、前記押し出しプロセス条件で約0.1〜100mPa・sの範囲である、請求項1〜7に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性構成成分および/または前記反応性プレポリマーは反応性イソシアネート(NCO)基を含む、請求項1〜8に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性構成成分および/または前記反応性プレポリマーは約10重量%〜約40重量%の範囲のNCO含有量を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性構成成分は反応性エポキシまたは反応性ポリエステルから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11の方法によって製造された木質複合体。
- 8:2〜99:1の範囲の重量比を有する植物繊維および反応性バインダを含み、前記反応性バインダは反応性構成成分および/または反応性プレポリマーを含む、発明1〜11による方法での使用のための反応性複合混合物であって、前記反応性バインダの粘度は押し出し装置(5)中の押し出しプロセス条件で約0.1〜100mPa・sの範囲であり、その結果、植物性繊維の細孔が前記反応性バインダで実質的に充填され、反応後、前記細孔が前記反応性バインダの反応生成物で充填される、反応性複合混合物。
- 前記反応性バインダは反応性イソシアネート(NCO)基を有する構成成分を含む、請求項13に記載の反応性複合混合物。
- 硬化型(8)および/または送り台要素(20)を押し出し装置(5)の後の下流に備える、請求項1〜11の発明による方法を実行するのに適した押し出しアセンブリ。
