Claims (5)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju kompozita drveta, koji sadrži korake:
- osiguravanje količine ili toka biljnih vlakana (1);
- osiguravanje količine ili toka reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva, reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva uključujući reaktivnu komponentu (2a) i/ili reaktivni predpolimer (2b);
naznačen time što postupak sadrži korake:
- miješanja reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva i biljnih vlakana u reaktivnu kompozitnu mješavinu (4) i dovod reaktivne kompozitne mješavine u uređaj (5) za ekstruziju;
- podvrgavanje reaktivne kompozitne mješavine u uređaju za ekstruziju uvjetima postupka ekstruzije;
- punjenje pora biljnih vlakana reaktivnim, termoreaktivnim vezujućim sredstvom uz istovremeno izbacivanje zraka iz pora;
- reagiranje reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva oko biljnih vlakana i unutar pora biljnih vlakana i formiranje kompozita drveta na temperaturi uvjeta postupka ekstruzije;
pri čemu uvjeti postupka ekstruzije sadrže temperaturu u opsegu od 60 °C - 200 °C, i sadrže pritisak u opsegu od 10 - 300 MPa,
pri čemu je viskozitet reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva u opsegu od oko 0.1 do 100 mPa·s u uvjetima postupka ekstruzije,
pri čemu je reaktivno, termoreaktivno vezujuće sredstvo alkidna smola, ili melamin formaldehid, ili poliestarska smola, ili urea formaldehid, ili akrilna smola, ili epoksidna smola, ili poliuretan.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se sadržaj vlage u biljnim vlaknima podešava, poželjno je sadržaj vlage podešen u opsegu od oko 5% do oko 40% po težini; i poželjnije od 15% do 20% po težini.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1-2, naznačen time što je viskozitet reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva u opsegu od oko 100 do 500 mPa·s na 25 °C.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1-3, naznačen time što reaktivna komponenta i/ili reaktivni predpolimer reaktivnog, termoreaktivnog vezujućeg sredstva na bazi poliuretana uključuje reaktivne izocijanatne (NCO) grupe.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što reaktivna komponenta i/ili reaktivni predpolimer ima sadržaj NCO u opsegu od oko 10 tež.% do oko 40 tež.%.
