Claims (10)
- 第1バッテリーセル及び第2バッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体と接続し、第1極性を有する第1バスバーと、
前記セル積層体と接続し、前記第1極性と反対の第2極性を有する第2バスバーと、
前記第1バッテリーセル及び前記第2バッテリーセルの体積増加による膨張力を受け、前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに向けて移動して前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーとを電気的に接続させて短絡を発生させる短絡部と、
前記第1バスバー、前記第2バスバー及び前記短絡部の少なくとも一部を収容または支持するカートリッジと、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記短絡部が、
一端が前記カートリッジの内側に支持され、前記バスバーから離れる方向へ圧縮されて弾性エネルギーを貯蔵する弾性部材と、
