Claims (10)
- 第1バッテリーセルの第1電極リードと電気的に連結された第1バスバー;
第2バッテリーセルの第2電極リードと電気的に連結された第2バスバー;
前記第1バッテリーセルの体積増加による膨張力の印加を受けて前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに向かって移動し、前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーとを電気的に連結して短絡させる短絡部;及び
前記第1電極リード、前記第2電極リード、前記第1バスバー、前記第2バスバー及び前記短絡部の少なくとも一部を収容または支持するカートリッジを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記短絡部は、前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに向かう弾性力を提供する弾性部材;及び
前記弾性力が発生するように一端に突設された係止部が前記カートリッジの係止溝に係合して前記弾性部材の変形状態を維持させるスライドバーを含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記スライドバーは、前記係止部に前記膨張力が印加されて前記係止部と前記係止溝との係合が解除されることで前記弾性部材の変形状態を復元させ、変形状態から復元される前記弾性部材より前記弾性力の印加を受けて前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに向かって移動し、前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーと接触する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記スライドバーは、他端に前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーと接触して、前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーとを電気的に短絡させる短絡端子が形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記短絡端子は、伝導性材質で形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジは、内側に前記短絡部の外形に対応する形状の収容空間が形成されて前記短絡部を内側に収容する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記収容空間は、前記弾性部材の復元状態による前記弾性部材の体積に対応するように形成される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 第1バッテリーセルの第1電極リードと電気的に連結された第1バスバー;
第2バッテリーセルの第2電極リードと電気的に連結された第2バスバー;
前記第1バッテリーセルの体積増加による膨張力の印加を受けて前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに向かって移動し、前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーとを電気的に連結して短絡させる短絡部;及び
前記第1電極リード、前記第2電極リード、前記第1バスバー、前記第2バスバー及び前記短絡部の少なくとも一部を収容または支持するカートリッジを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記カートリッジは、対面接触して電気的に連結された前記第1電極リード及び前記第1バスバーのそれぞれの少なくとも一部を支持し、対面接触して電気的に連結された前記第2電極リード及び前記第2バスバーのそれぞれの少なくとも一部を支持する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーの少なくとも1つは、前記短絡が発生した場合、破断して外部との電気的連結を遮断する破断部を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
