Abstract
Description
本発明の特定の実施例においては、腐食試験用に試験片を作製した。試験片は、99.9重量%の純粋な銅片に、表2に示した組成を有するA2アルミニウム青銅の溶接棒を使用してアルゴン雰囲気中でMIG溶接された、下の表1に示した化学組成を有する、ある長さの管状の316ステンレス鋼を備えていた。
Claims (17)
- 電解採取セルのための吊り棒であって、前記吊り棒が、バー部と、使用時に導電体に接触するように構成されている1つまたは複数の接触部と、を備えており、前記接触部が導電性材料から作製されており、腐食を最小にする目的で前記バー部と前記接触部との間に溶接封止部が形成されている、吊り棒。
- 前記溶接封止部がアルミニウム青銅の溶接部である、請求項1に記載の吊り棒。
- 前記溶接部が、アルミニウム青銅の溶接棒または溶接ワイヤを使用して形成されている、請求項2に記載の吊り棒。
- 前記バー部がステンレス鋼から作製されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の吊り棒。
- 前記接触部が銅から作製されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の吊り棒。
- 電解採取陰極アセンブリであって、少なくとも部分的に導電性材料から作製されている吊り棒と、前記吊り棒に関連付けられている陰極部と、を備えており、前記陰極部がアルミニウム青銅の接合部によって前記吊り棒に結合されている、電解採取陰極アセンブリ。
- 前記接合部が隅肉溶接部を備えている、請求項6に記載の電解採取陰極アセンブリ。
- 前記隅肉溶接部が、アルミニウム青銅の溶接棒または溶接ワイヤを使用して形成されている、請求項7に記載の電解採取陰極アセンブリ。
- 前記導電性材料が銅である、請求項6から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電解採取陰極アセンブリ。
- 前記陰極部が陰極板を備えている、請求項6から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電解採取陰極アセンブリ。
- 電解採取セルのための吊り棒であって、前記吊り棒が少なくとも導電性材料から作製されており、前記吊り棒が、自身の上に位置する1つまたは複数の短絡フレーム接触部を含み、腐食を最小にする目的で前記吊り棒と前記1つまたは複数の短絡フレーム接触部との間に溶接封止部が形成されている、吊り棒。
- 前記溶接封止部がアルミニウム青銅の溶接部である、請求項11に記載の吊り棒。
- 前記溶接部が、アルミニウム青銅の溶接棒または溶接ワイヤを使用して形成されている、請求項12に記載の吊り棒。
- 前記吊り棒がステンレス鋼から作製されている、請求項11から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の吊り棒。
- 前記短絡フレーム接触部が銅から作製されている、請求項11から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の吊り棒。
- 使用時、前記短絡フレーム接触部が、前記吊り棒の上面に位置している、請求項11から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の吊り棒。
- 使用時、前記短絡フレーム接触部が、前記吊り棒の端部の少なくとも一部分を覆うために延在している、請求項16に記載の吊り棒。
