Claims (15)

を含み、
前記駆動特徴部が、前記カニューレの前記内腔内で偏心的に回転する、
前記切断要素と、
を含むことを特徴とする組織切除器。 - 前記駆動特徴部の偏心回転が、該駆動特徴部を前記カニューレの前記内腔の内面に近接して位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部の偏心回転が、該駆動特徴部を前記カニューレの前記内腔の内面に対して位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部の全体が、前記カニューレの長さに沿った共通半径方向位置に存在することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部は、1又は2以上の曲げ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部の第1の部分が、偏心的に回転し、一方で該駆動特徴部の第2の部分が、前記カニューレの前記内腔内の中心で回転することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部の第1の部分が、偏心的に回転し、一方で該駆動特徴部の第2の部分が、別の偏心性によって回転することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部の第1の部分が、前記カニューレの前記内腔内の第1の半径方向位置に位置付けられ、該駆動特徴部の第2の部分が、該カニューレの該内腔内の異なる第2の半径方向位置に位置付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記第1の半径方向位置は、前記第2の半径方向位置に対して正反対であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部は、前記カニューレの前記内腔内で組織及び/又はデブリを攪拌するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部は、前記カニューレの前記内腔の内面から組織及び/又はデブリを掃引するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記駆動特徴部は、前記カニューレの前記内腔を通る近位の組織及び/又はデブリの移動を容易にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の組織切除器。
- 前記切断特徴部は、前記駆動特徴部の扁平遠位端がその中に延びる開放近位端を有する中空半円筒形要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の組織切除器。
- 請求項1に記載の組織切除器と、
前記組織切除器の切断要素を回転させるための手動ルーターと、
を含むことを特徴とする組織切除システム。 - 前記手動ルーターは、ユーザによって圧迫されるように構成されたトリガを含み、
前記トリガの各圧迫が、切断特徴部を複数回回転させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の組織切除システム。
