Abstract
Description

Claims (19)
- 患者の脳から病変を除去する方法であって、
管状プローブシャフトの遠位端を患者の頭蓋骨を通して病変部位まで前進させ;
プローブシャフトの遠位端にある要素を作動させて病変を切断または摩耗させて病変断片を生成し;及び
管状プローブシャフトを通して部位から病変断片を吸引すること、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、前記要素はブレードを含み、前記作動させることにはブレードを回転または回転振動させることを含む、方法。
- 請求項2の方法であって、前記ブレードは管状プローブシャフトの長手方向軸と位置合わせされた平面ブレードである、方法。
- 請求項3の方法であって、前記平面ブレードはバイデント構成を有する、方法。
- 請求項2の方法であって、前記ブレードは管状プローブシャフトの管腔に配置された螺旋状駆動シャフトに取り付けられ、前記ブレードを回転または回転振動させることには、螺旋状駆動シャフトを回転または回転振動させることを含む、方法。
- 請求項5の方法であって、螺旋状駆動シャフトを回転または回転振動させることには、モータによって駆動シャフトの近位端を駆動させることを含む、方法。
- 請求項6の方法であって、前記モータは、管状プローブシャフトの近位端に取り付けられたハンドルに配置されている、方法。
- 請求項7の方法であって、吸引することは管状プローブシャフトの近位端に取り付けられた吸引チューブを部分的に真空に引くことを含み、前記吸引チューブの管腔は管状プローブシャフトの管腔と隣接している、方法。
- 請求項8の方法であって、モータおよび駆動シャフトは、プローブシャフトと軸方向において位置合わせされており、吸引チューブはシャフトの軸からずれている、方法。
- 患者の脳から病変を除去する装置であって、
管腔と患者の頭蓋骨の穴を通って病変部位に前進するように構成された遠位端とを有する管状プローブシャフト;
凝血塊を切断または摩耗させて病変断片を生成するように構成された管状プローブシャフトの遠位端の要素を、備え、
管状シャフト管腔の近位端は真空源に接続されて、管状プローブシャフトを通して部位から病変断片を吸引するように構成される、装置。 - 請求項10の装置であって、さらに、前記管状プローブシャフトの管腔に配置された螺旋状駆動シャフトを備え、前記要素は、螺旋状駆動シャフトによって回転または回転振動するように構成されたブレードを含み、前記ブレードは管腔の遠位開口部に配置されている、装置。
- 請求項11の装置であって、前記ブレードは、管状プローブシャフトの長手方向軸と位置合わせされた平面ブレードである、装置。
- 請求項12の装置であって、前記平面ブレードは、バイデント構成を有する、装置。
- 請求項10の装置であって、さらに、管状プローブシャフトの近位端にハンドルを備え、前記ハンドル内のモータは駆動シャフトの近位端に接続され及び前記モータは駆動シャフトを回転および/または回転振動させ、次いでブレードを回転および/または回転振動させるように構成される、装置。
- 請求項14の装置であって、前記モータおよび前記駆動シャフトは、プローブシャフトと軸方向に整列されており、吸引チューブは、プローブシャフトのからずれている、装置。
- 請求項14の装置であって、さらに、モータに電流を供給するために、ハンドル内で、連結されたバッテリーを備える、装置。
- 請求項14の装置であって、さらに、管状プローブシャフトの管腔の近位端に取り付けられた吸引チューブを備え、前記吸引チューブの管腔は管状プローブシャフトの管腔と隣接している、装置。
- 請求項17の装置であって、さらに、吸引制御部をハンドル上に備える、装置。
- 請求項17の装置であって、吸引制御部が、前記吸引チューブから吸引力を抜くように構成された、手動で覆うことができるスロットを備える、装置。
