Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年8月31日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/382,207号に基づく優先権を主張するものであり、この文献はその内容全体が引用により本明細書に組み入れられる。
図4に、ある実施形態による、総腸骨動脈3、外腸骨動脈4及び内腸骨動脈5の少なくとも一部内で展開されて動脈瘤の少なくとも一部を密閉するシステム10を示す。図4の患者の生体構造は、大動脈1と、大動脈分岐2と、総腸骨動脈3と、外腸骨動脈4と、内腸骨動脈5と、総腸骨動脈6と、外腸骨動脈7と、内腸骨動脈8とを含む。総腸骨動脈3及び6は、大動脈分岐2から生じる2つの動脈である。総腸骨動脈3は、外腸骨動脈4及び内腸骨動脈5に分岐する。総腸骨動脈6は、外腸骨動脈7及び内腸骨動脈8に分岐する。図4に示す動脈瘤は、大動脈1に発症して少なくとも部分的に総腸骨動脈3、外腸骨動脈4及び内腸骨動脈5内に広がっている。

Claims (23)
- 少なくとも部分的に総腸骨動脈及び外腸骨動脈内で展開可能な充填構造と、
内腸骨動脈に向けて配置可能な開窓を側面に有する、前記充填構造のルーメン内に配置可能な足場と、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記充填構造は、前記ルーメンから延びて前記内腸骨動脈に向けて配置可能な第2のルーメンを有する、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2のルーメン内に配置可能な第2の足場をさらに備える、
請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の足場は、前記足場の前記側面の前記開窓に挿入可能である、
請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記充填構造の展開時に、前記充填構造の第1の部分が前記総腸骨動脈の少なくとも一部内に位置するように構成され、

前記充填構造のルーメン内に足場を配置して、該足場の側面の開窓が内腸骨動脈に向かって配置されるようにするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記足場の前記側面の前記開窓に第2の足場を挿入して、該第2の足場の少なくとも一部が前記内腸骨動脈内に延びるようにするステップをさらに含む、
