Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの血管の中に配置するためのシステムであって、
移植片本体と、
前記移植片本体に取り付けられた1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルと、
前記移植片本体の少なくとも一部分及び前記1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルのうちの少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部分の周りで膨張可能な充填構造と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記移植片本体によって形成された内腔の中に少なくとも部分的に挿入可能な移植片延長部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片延長部の少なくとも一部分の周りで膨張可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片延長部に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片延長部の長さに沿って2又は3以上の別々の箇所で前記移植片延長部に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片延長部の近位端から離れた1又は2以上の箇所だけで前記移植片延長部に取り付けられ、
前記充填構造は、前記移植片延長部の前記近位端の少なくとも一部分の周りで拡張可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体の中に少なくとも部分的に挿入可能な第2の移植片延長部をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記第2の移植片延長部に取り付けられる、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片本体、前記移植片延長部、及び前記第2の移植片延長部とは別個に前記血管の中に挿入可能である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記少なくとも1つの血管の壁と、前記移植片本体の少なくとも一部分、前記1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルのうちの前記少なくとも1つの前記少なくとも一部分、及び前記移植片延長部の少なくとも一部分の各々との間の空間を充填するように拡張可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片本体に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造は、前記移植片本体の遠位端を越えて拡張可能である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルの特定の可膨張式チャネルは、前記移植片本体の近位端と前記移植片本体への前記充填構造の取り付け箇所との間に位置付けられる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルの第2の特定の可膨張式チャネルは、前記移植片本体の遠位端と前記移植片本体への前記充填構造の前記取り付け箇所との間に位置付けられる、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填構造の少なくとも一部分の周りで膨張可能な第2の充填構造をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 移植片本体を少なくとも1つの血管の中に挿入する段階と、
前記移植片本体に取り付けられた1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルを充填する段階と、
充填構造を充填して、前記移植片本体の少なくとも一部分及び前記1又は2以上の可膨張式チャネルのうちの少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部分の周りで膨張させる段階と
を含む、方法。 - 前記充填構造は、前記移植片本体に取り付けられる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記移植片本体によって形成された内腔の中に移植片延長部の少なくとも一部分を挿入する段階をさらに含み、
