Claims (12)
- 支持構造体がそれを通して挿入可能である側面内の窓割りを有する移植片本体と、
充填媒体で充填可能である内部容積を定め、かつ前記支持構造体がそれを通して挿入可能である該内部容積を通る導管を用いて構成された充填構造体と、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記充填構造体内の前記導管は、前記支持構造体が該充填構造体内の該導管と前記移植片本体内の前記窓割りとの両方を通して挿入可能であるように、該移植片本体内の該窓割りに位置合わせ可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体内の前記窓割り及び前記充填構造体内の前記導管は、腎動脈と位置合わせ可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体内の前記窓割りの場所の完全に上方である該移植片本体の一部分で該移植片本体に取り付けられたステント、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体は、前記窓割りが移動されて該窓割りを動脈と位置合わせすることを可能にする緩い移植片材料を有する拡大部分を有するように構成される、

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記充填構造体は、該充填構造体の長さに沿って位置決めされた複数の導管を用いて構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記充填構造体は、前記複数の導管の各々が、該充填構造体が前記充填媒体で充填された時に圧潰可能であるように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 互いに結合された複数の充填構造体であって、支持構造体がそれを通して挿入可能である該複数の充填構造体のうちの少なくとも2つの間の1又は2以上の間隙を含む前記複数の充填構造体、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記複数の充填構造体は、前記1又は2以上の間隙が、該複数の充填構造体が充填媒体で充填された時に圧潰可能であるように構成される、
