Claims (7)
- 側面に切欠き部又は開口部を有し、支持構造体が前記切欠き部又は開口部を通して挿入可能である、移植片本体と、
前記移植片本体の少なくとも一部分を取り囲み、充填媒体で充填可能である内部容積を定め、該内部容積を通る導管を有する充填構造体であって、前記支持構造体が前記導管を通して挿入可能である、前記充填構造体と、
を含み、
前記充填構造体は、前記充填媒体が充填されるように構成されたシャッターと、前記シャッターに前記充填媒体が充填される前は前記前記支持構造体の幅よりも大きい幅を有し前記移植片本体を部分的に開放する窓と、を有し、
前記シャッターは、前記窓内に前記支持構造体が配置されている場合は、前記シャッターに前記充填媒体を充填することにより、該支持構造体の外側面に至るように膨張して前記導管を形成し、
前記シャッターは、前記窓内に前記支持構造体が配置されていない場合は、前記窓全体を密封するように膨張する、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記充填構造体内の前記導管は、前記支持構造体が該充填構造体内の該導管と前記移植片本体内の前記切欠き部又は開口部との両方を通して挿入可能であるように、該移植片本体内の該切欠き部又は開口部に位置合わせ可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体内の前記切欠き部又は開口部、及び、前記充填構造体内の前記導管は、腎動脈と位置合わせ可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体内の前記切欠き部又は開口部の場所の完全に上方である該移植片本体の一部分で該移植片本体に取り付けられたステント、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記移植片本体は、前記切欠き部又は開口部が移動されて該切欠き部又は開口部を動脈と位置合わせすることを可能にする移植片材料を有する拡大部分を有するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記充填構造体は、該充填構造体の長さに沿って位置決めされた複数の導管を用いて構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記充填構造体は、前記複数の導管の各々が、該充填構造体が前記充填媒体で充填された時に圧潰可能であるように構成される、
