Claims (15)
- 操縦可能なカテーテルであって、前記操縦可能なカテーテル内におけるワイヤの確実な取付を含み、前記確実な取付は、
長尺状のカテーテル本体であって、
近位端、遠位端、および前記近位端と前記遠位端との間の中間カテーテル本体長さと、
前記カテーテル本体を通して長手方向に延びる少なくとも第1の制御ワイヤ内腔と
を含む長尺状のカテーテル本体と、
前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔を通して長手方向に配置された少なくとも第1の長尺状ワイヤと、
第1の粘度を有する第1の接着剤であって、前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔の遠位長さ内に実質的に配置され、かつ前記ワイヤを前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔の遠位長さに固定し、少なくとも、前記ワイヤの長手方向部分は、ほぐれているかまたは他に少なくとも部分的にばらばらになっている、第1の接着剤と
を含む、操縦可能なカテーテル。 - 前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔の最遠位長さは、前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔のより遠位側でない長さよりも大きい内径を含む、請求項1に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。
- 前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔内に実質的に配置され、かつ前記ワイヤを前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔に固定する第2の接着剤をさらに含み、前記第2の接着剤は、前記第1の粘度と異なる第2の粘度を有する、請求項1または2に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも第1の制御ワイヤ内腔と前記カテーテル本体の外部との間の流体連通を提供する第1の側穴をさらに含み、前記第1の側穴は、前記カテーテル本体の長手方向側面を通して延びる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも第1の制御ワイヤ内腔と前記カテーテル本体の外部との間の流体連通を提供する第2の側穴をさらに含み、前記第2の側穴は、前記第1の側穴の遠位側の位置において前記カテーテル本体を通して延びる、請求項4に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。
- 第1の粘度を有する前記第1の接着剤は、前記第1の側穴に隣接してかつそれに接触して配置される、請求項4または5に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。
- 前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔内に実質的に配置され、かつ前記ワイヤを前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔に固定する第2の接着剤をさらに含み、前記第2の接着剤は、前記第1の粘度より低い第2の粘度を有し、前記第1の接着剤は、前記第2の接着剤の近位側に配置される、請求項5または6に記載の操縦可能なカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載の操縦可能なカテーテルの前記確実な取付を形成する方法であって、
前記ワイヤの遠位長手方向部分を前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔の遠位端に案内し、かつ前記ワイヤの最遠位末端をほぐすかまたは他に少なくとも部分的にばらばらにするステップであって、前記最遠位末端は、ほぐすかまたは他に少なくとも部分的にばらばらにする前記ステップ後、前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔の最遠位端部末端長さ内におよび/またはそれに直接隣接して配置される、ステップと、
前記ワイヤを前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔内に取り付けかつ固定するように、前記第1の接着剤を前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔内に案内するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔の最遠位長さを、前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔のより遠位側でない長さの内径よりも大きい内径に拡張させるステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の穴および第2の穴を、両方とも前記カテーテル本体を通して形成し、前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔への連通路を提供するステップを含む、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の接着剤を案内する前記ステップは、前記第2の穴を塞ぐことなく、前記ワイヤを前記制御内腔内に取り付けかつ固定するように、前記第1の接着剤を、前記第1の穴を通して前記制御ワイヤ内腔内に案内することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記制御ワイヤ内腔の前記最遠位端部末端長さ内の前記ワイヤの前記ほぐれているかまたは他に少なくとも部分的にばらばらになっている最遠位部分を分散させかつそれを確実に係合させるように、第2の接着剤を、前記第2の穴を通して案内することをさらに含み、前記接着剤は、前記ワイヤの前記長手方向部分がほぐれているかまたは他に少なくとも部分的にばらばらになっている少なくとも内腔長さにおいて前記内腔を占める、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の接着剤は、前記第1の接着剤よりも粘度が低く、前記第2の穴は、前記第1の穴の遠位側に配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 最遠位末端をほぐすかまたは他に少なくとも部分的にばらばらにする前記ステップは、各ワイヤをツールで把持し、かつ前記ツールを前記ワイヤの前記最遠位末端に沿ってかつそれを越えて引っ張ることを含む、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の制御ワイヤ内腔は、少なくとも前記内腔の最遠位末端長さに沿って均一な一定の内径を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
