Claims (8)
- 付加的な製造のために表面を処理する方法であって、
−構造(1)が内部表面(4)とともに提供され、粉末状のベース材料(2)が前記内部表面(4)の少なくとも一部を覆うように、粉末状のベース材料(2)のベッドから付加的な製造によって部品(10)のために構造(1)を組み立てるステップと、
−前記内部表面(4)が、前記ベース材料(2)によって機械的に処理されるように、前記構造(1)に対して前記ベース材料(2)を作動させるステップと、を備え、
前記構造(1)は前記内部表面(4)によって規定されたキャビティ(3)を備え、前記ベース材料(2)は前記キャビティ(3)内に保持されており、前記作動の後、前記ベース材料(2)は前記キャビティ(3)から除去され、前記ベース材料(2)は、まず第一振動数(F1)で作動され、この前記ベース材料(2)の第一の作動後に、前記第一振動数(F1)とは異なる第二振動数(F2)で前記ベース材料(2)が作動され、前記キャビティ(3)から前記ベース材料(2)が除去され得るように、前記第二振動数(F1)が選択される、方法。 - 前記ベース材料(2)の作動中に、空間内の前記構造(1)の配向(OR)が変えられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース材料(2)の研磨特性に応じて前記第一振動数(F1)が調整され、前記構造(1)の材料及び幾何学的形状に応じて前記第二振動数(F2)が調整される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第二振動数が前記第一振動数よりも小さい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記作動のために、前記キャビティ(5)が閉じられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース材料(2)の前記第一の作動後、前記ベース材料(2)が前記キャビティ(5)から除去され得るように、前記キャビティ(5)を開くステップを備える、請求項1か5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 処理された内部表面(4)を更に備え、前記内部表面(4)が60μm未満の表面粗さを有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法による構造で製造された部品(10)。
- 請求項7に記載の部品の付加的な製造のための装置(100)であって、
−前記構造(10)に対して前記ベース材料(2)を所定の振動数で作動させるための作動手段(120)と、
−前記作動手段(120)に対して前記部品(10)を固定するための固定手段(110)と、を備え、
前記固定手段(110)は、前記構造の配向を変更するように構成されている、装置(100)。
