Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce métallique de turbomachine comportant une cavité (3), au moins un orifice (4, 5) débouchant à l’extérieur de la pièce (1) et dans la cavité (3), caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte les étapes consistant à : - réaliser une ébauche (1) de la pièce (1) par fabrication additive, - introduire une poudre abrasive (11) dans la cavité (3), - réaliser un vibrage de l’ébauche (1) de façon à réduire la rugosité de la surface (6) de la cavité (3) et/ou de l’orifice (4, 5) à l’aide de la poudre abrasive (11), - extraire la poudre abrasive (11) ladite cavité (3) et/ou de l’orifice (4, 5).
