Claims (10)
- 固定座と、
前記固定座に設けられ粉末を貯蔵する筒体と、前記筒体の下縁に形成され前記粉末を排出する排出口と、を有する粉末貯蔵ユニットと、
前記排出口の下方に位置するように前記固定座に枢接される少なくとも一つの撹拌棒と、前記撹拌棒の下方に位置するように前記固定座に枢接される粉末敷設ローラと、を有する粉末供給ユニットと、
連動機構と、前記連動機構を駆動することにより前記撹拌棒及び前記粉末敷設ローラを回転させるモータと、を有する駆動ユニットと、
を含む、
ことを特徴とする粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記粉末供給ユニットは、前記粉末敷設ローラの下方に位置するように前記固定座に設けられるスクレーパを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記撹拌棒は、スクリューロッドと、前記スクリューロッドの外周面に凸設されるねじ山部とを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記粉末敷設ローラは、ロッドと、前記ロッドの外周面に間隔を空けて凹設される複数の収容溝と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記筒体の断面幅が前記排出口に向かうに従って縮小する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記連動機構は、前記固定座に設けられる前記粉末敷設ローラを回転させるラチェットを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記連動機構は、前記粉末敷設ローラの回転数が前記撹拌棒の回転数よりも小さくなるように前記撹拌棒及び前記粉末敷設ローラを回転させる減速機構を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記粉末供給ユニットは、前記撹拌棒を2本有し、
2本の前記撹拌棒の間には間隙が形成され、
前記粉末敷設ローラは、前記間隙の下方に位置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記連動機構は、それぞれ前記撹拌棒、前記粉末敷設ローラ及び前記モータに取り付けられる複数のプーリと、前記プーリに掛け回されるベルトと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。 - 前記モータは、ステッピングモータ又はサーボモータである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末敷設機の粉末供給装置。
