Abstract
Description
A)(a)少なくとも1つのポリイソシアナート成分と、(b)少なくとも1つの多官能性の、イソシアナートに対して反応性の化合物を含む少なくとも1つの成分と、(c)発泡剤とを高圧射出成形法により混合すること、
B)得られた混合物を、離間した建材プレートの間の空間内に導入することを含み、ここで、フォームの圧縮比は1.1〜2.5の範囲内にあり、この圧縮比は、空間内のフォームの密度をフリーに発泡させた発泡体の密度で除算した商である、
ポリウレタンフォームコアを有する少なくとも2枚の互いに離間した建材プレートからなるサンドイッチ建築部材の製造方法により解決される。
工程A)において、ポリウレタンの形成を行うために、少なくとも1つのポリイソシアナート(a1)を含むポリイソシアナート成分(a)を、少なくとも1つの多官能性の、イソシアナートに対して反応性の化合物(b1)を含む成分(b)と混合する。ポリイソシアナート(a1)とは、本発明の範囲内で、1分子当たり少なくとも2つの反応性イソシアナート基を含む、つまり官能価が少なくとも2である有機化合物であると解釈される。使用したポリイソシアナートまたはいくつかのポリイソシアナートの混合物が均一な官能価を有しない限り、使用された成分(a1)の官能価の重量平均による平均値は少なくとも2である。
i)トルエンジイソシアナート(TDI)、ことに2,4−TDIまたは2,6−TDIまたは2,4−および2,6−TDIの混合物を基礎とする多官能性イソシアナート、
ii)ジフェニルメタンジイソシアナート(MDI)、ことに2,2′−MDIまたは2,4′−MDIまたは4,4′MDIまたはポリフェニルポリメチレンイソシアナートともいわれるオリゴマーのMDI、または上述のジフェニルメタンジイソシアナートの2または3つの混合物、またはMDIの製造の際に生じる粗製MDI、またはMDIの少なくとも1つのオリゴマーおよび上述の低分子量MDI誘導体の少なくとも1つの混合物を基礎とする多官能性イソシアナート、
iii)実施形態i)による少なくとも1つの芳香族イソシアナートおよび実施形態ii)による少なくとも1つの芳香族イソシアナートの混合物。
混合室から搬出されるまだ発泡していない混合物は、2枚の建材プレートの間の空間内に導入される。建材プレートの面は互いに離間されていて、かつ互いにほぼ平行に配置されているので、プレートの間にフォームコアを収容する空間が存在する。合理的には、縦置きまたは横置きの建材プレートは、外部型枠により保持される。建材プレート間の間隔は、一般に、例えばプラスチックからなるスペーサーにより調節される。原則として、この間隔は、1〜30cm、好ましくは4〜22cm、ことに8〜20cmの範囲内にあり、つまりこの間隔はポリウレタンフォームコア(断熱層)の厚みに相当する。
以下の実施例において、プライマーとしてそれぞれエポキシプライマーまたは実施例d)においてはPUプライマーも使用した。プライマーは、全ての試験において、コンクリートに手動で塗布し(刷毛またはローラ)、かつ一晩中乾燥させ、その後にPU反応混合物を塗布した。
コンクリート1:セメント(CEM I 52.5R)に基づく;圧縮強さ55MPa。
コンクリート2:セメント(CEM I 32.5N)に基づく;圧縮強さ29MPa。
コンクリート3:セメント(CEM III/B 42.5NW/MS/NA)に基づく;圧縮強さ81.9MPa。
この試験について、15cmの片の長さを有するコンクリート立方体および(12×12×36cm3)のコンクリート角柱をコンクリート1から製造した。

プライマーありおよびなしでの直接の接着引張強さは、プライマーありのコンクリート2からなる試験体で明らかにより高い強度が示された。2枚のコンクリートプレートの間でプライマー上に導入された予備発泡したPUフォーム(ブロックフォーム)は、約0.14N/mm2の接着引張強さ、プライマーなしの2枚のコンクリートプレートの間で発泡された、50g/lの密度を有するPUフォーム(HDI法;高圧計量供給装置;圧力>120bar)は、約0.16N/mm2を達成し、かつプライマーありでHDI法により発泡されたPUフォームは約0.20N/mm2を達成した。PUフォームの比較的高い密度でかつプライマーの使用の場合、コンクリート強度に依存してフォーム自体の引き裂けが生じる。
PUフォーム密度50g/lで:0.20N/mm2でPUフォームの破損
PUフォーム密度100g/lで:0.23N/mm2でコンクリート試験体の破損
コンクリート強度81.9MPa
PUフォーム密度90g/lで:0.32N/mm2でフォームの破損
コンクリート1からなるプレートの間のPUフォームコアを有するサンドイッチ部材の耐荷力の決定のために、剪断負荷で荷重移動曲線を測定した。試験体:サンドイッチ部材から切り出した。寸法25×25×2.5cmのコンクリートプレート、15cmのフォーム厚み。結果を図2にグラフで示す。接着されたPUブロックフォームの場合に、複合体の急激な破損が生じ、この際に、サンドイッチ部材からフォームが剥離する(破線)。HDIによって導入された全てのフォームは、延性破損を示し、つまり一定の荷重で比較的大きくかつ均一な変形が生じるが、急激な破損は生じない。
実線:プライマーありで50g/lを有する射出成形フォーム(圧縮比1.5):最大荷重約15kNおよび最大変形20mm
一点鎖線:プライマーなしで30g/lを有する射出成形フォーム(圧縮比約1.3):最大荷重約10kNおよび最大変形>40mm
点線:プライマーなしで50g/lを有する射出成形フォーム(圧縮比約1.5):最大荷重約10kNおよび最大変形25mm
プライマーはエポキシプライマーおよびPUプライマーであった。
コンクリートシェルの寸法:20×20×2.0cm
コンクリートシェルの間のフォーム体積:20×20×6cm(2.4L)
開放した側を、VIPシート(真空断熱パネル)と一緒に型内に設置する。PUフォームからなるプレートを、気泡ガスの外方拡散に対して80μmの厚みを有する積層型アルミニウム箔を用いて保護する(対照)。500g/m2の厚みを有するエポキシプライマー(コンクリート系)の使用により、気泡ガスの交換も妨げることができる。示された結果は、促進老化、つまり60℃で42dの貯蔵後に測定された熱伝導率(T.C.)である。
3つの試験体を製造した。2cmの厚みのコンクリートプレートにより画定された20×20×6cm3の体積(2.4L)を、ポリウレタンフォームで発泡させた。使用したポリウレタンフォーム(PUフォーム)は、ポリマーのMDIおよびポリエーテルポリオールおよびギ酸、発泡剤として1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンおよび1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンを基礎として製造した。
Claims (16)
- 互いにほぼ平行に配置された、少なくとも2枚の互いに離間した建材プレートを有し、前記離間した建材プレートの間にポリウレタンフォームコアを有するサンドイッチ建築部材において、前記建材プレートに対して平行方向に方向付けられている空間方向の前記ポリウレタンフォームコアの測定された最大の圧縮弾性率の、前記建材プレートに対して垂直方向に方向付けられている空間方向の前記ポリウレタンフォームコアの圧縮弾性率に対する比率が、1.7未満である、サンドイッチ建築部材。
- 前記ポリウレタンフォームコアのコア密度は、20〜100kg/m3の範囲内にある、請求項1記載のサンドイッチ建築部材。
- 前記建材プレートの少なくとも1つが、前記ポリウレタンフォームコアに向かう側に少なくとも部分的にプライマーを備えている、請求項1または2記載のサンドイッチ建築部材。
- 前記建材プレートは、コンクリート、ジオポリマーまたは石膏から作製されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のサンドイッチ建築部材。
- 前記サンドイッチ建築部材の新しいフォームは、16〜30mW/m・K、ことに22〜28mW/m・Kの範囲内の熱伝導率を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のサンドイッチ建築部材。
- 次の工程、
A)(a)少なくとも1つのポリイソシアナート成分と、(b)少なくとも1つの多官能性の、イソシアナートに対して反応性の化合物を含む少なくとも1つの成分と、(c)少なくとも1つの発泡剤とを、高圧射出成形法により混合すること、および
B)得られた混合物を、前記離間した建材プレートの間の空間内に導入することを含み、前記フォームの圧縮比は1.1〜2.5の範囲内にあり、前記圧縮比は、前記空間内のフォームの密度をフリーに発泡させた発泡体の密度で除算した商である、
ポリウレタンフォームコアを有する少なくとも2枚の互いに離間した建材プレートからなるサンドイッチ建築部材の製造方法。 - 前記成分(a)〜(c)の混合を、混合室内で、少なくとも100barの圧力で、ことに100bar〜300barの範囲内の圧力で行う、請求項6記載の方法。
- 発泡剤を使用し、前記発泡剤は、C3〜C5−アルカン、C4〜C6−シクロアルカン、ジ−C1〜C4−アルキルエーテル、ギ酸メチルエステル、ギ酸、アセトン、フルオロ炭化水素、部分ハロゲン化されたフルオロオレフィン、フルオロクロロ炭化水素、二酸化炭素、水、およびこれらの2つ以上の混合物から選択される、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 工程A)において、ポリイソシアナート成分とポリオール成分との反応のための少なくとも1つの触媒を混合する、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程B)において、前記空間内に導入された混合物の量は、全射出見掛け密度が100kg/m3未満、ことに80kg/m3未満であるように見積もられていて、全射出見掛け密度とは、発泡されるべき空間の全体積に対する、工程A)からの充填された混合物の全体量であると解釈される、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程B)において、前記空間内に導入された混合物の量は、0.1〜8kg/sの範囲内である、請求項6から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記建材プレートの少なくとも1つは、前記空間に向かう側に少なくとも部分的にプライマーを備える、請求項6から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プライマーは、物理的に硬化する結合剤および/または化学的に硬化する結合剤を基礎とする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記プライマーは、結合剤を基礎とし、前記結合剤は、エポキシ樹脂、後架橋するアクリラート分散液または後架橋するアルキド樹脂分散液から選択される、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記プライマーを、20〜600g/m2の範囲内の量で塗布する、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
