Abstract
Description
Kバーコーター(US3ワイヤゲージ、速度を3に設定)を使用し、フレキソ印刷用銀インクを含む銀ナノ粒子を用いて、PET−PVBデュプレット基材(30cm×30cm、50μmの厚さのPET、および330μmの厚さのPVB、そのPVBおよびPETプライを互いに接着した)を塗装/印刷した。塗装をPETプライの表面に施した。
測定が以下の3つの位置で行われた。
1.頂部母線(「頂部」)に接続された両方のコネクタ、
2.底部母線(「底部」)に接続された両方のコネクタ、および
3.頂部母線と底部母線との間に対角に接続されたコネクタ(「対角線」、X)。
以下で測定が行われた。
1.プロトタイプが組み立てられた後(表1を参照されたい)、
2.プレニップサイクル後(表2を参照されたい)、および
3.オートクレーブサイクル後(表3を参照されたい)。
Kバーコーター(US3ワイヤゲージ、速度を3に設定)を使用し、銀ナノ粒子を含有するフレキソ印刷用銀インクを用いて、PVBポリマープライ(30cm×30cm、0.38mmの厚さのPVB)を塗装/印刷した。
これらの実施例は、(50cm×50cm)175μmの厚さのPET(SU 330)上に印刷されたナノ銀スクリーンインクを使用して行われた。使用したスクリーンは約36μmの湿潤塗装厚さを与える61/64メッシュであった。8つの試料が製造された。印刷して風乾させた後、4つの試料を電解めっき浴内でめっきし、印刷された領域の上に約10μmの銅層を析出させた。PVBシート(各々0.76mmの厚さ)および2つのガラスプライ(2.1mmの厚さ)を用いて、試料を積層した。
Claims (34)
- 第1のガラスプライと、
第2のガラスプライと、
前記第1のガラスプライと前記第2のガラスプライとの間に挟まれた印刷されたポリマープライと、
任意に少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマープライと、を備え、
前記印刷されたポリマープライが、その少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部に付着しているナノ粒子含有インクを含む、ガラス積層構造体。 - 前記ナノ粒子含有インクが、導電性ナノ粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記ナノ粒子含有インクが、無機ナノ粒子含有インク、好ましくは銀ナノ粒子含有インクを含む、請求項1または2に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライの少なくとも1つの表面の前記印刷された部分が、導電性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライの少なくとも1つの表面の前記印刷された部分が、導電性であり、0.005Ω/スクエア〜200Ω/スクエアの範囲のシート抵抗を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライが、前記積層構造体内の少なくとも1つの他のプライに積層されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 加熱前の前記ナノ粒子が、1nm〜150nm、好ましくは1nm〜100nm、より好ましくは5nm〜80nm、さらにより好ましくは8nm〜70nm、最も好ましくは10nm〜60nmの範囲の寸法を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライが、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリビニルアセテート(PVA)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、またはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライが、テクスチャ加工されている、請求項8に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマープライをさらに備え、前記さらなるポリマープライが、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリビニルアセテート(PVA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、環状オレフィンコポリマー(COP)、および熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項8または9に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 第1のPVBポリマープライ、前記印刷されたポリマープライ、および第2のPVBポリマープライを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層体。
- 印刷されたPVBポリマープライおよび第2のPVBポリマープライを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライの厚さが、20μm〜2000μmの範囲である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライの厚さが、20μm〜180μmの範囲である、請求項13に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライが、前記ナノ粒子含有インク上に析出されたさらなる導電性層を備える、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層構造体。
- 第1のガラスプライと、
第1のPVBプライと、
第2のPVBプライと、
前記第1のPVBプライと前記第2のPVBプライとの間に挟まれた、印刷されたポリマープライと、
第2のガラスプライと、を備え、
前記印刷されたポリマープライが、その少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部に付着しているナノ粒子含有インクを含む、ガラス積層構造体。 - 第1のガラスプライと、
印刷されたPVBプライと、
第2のPVBプライと、
第2のガラスプライと、を備え、
前記印刷されたポリマープライが、その少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部に付着しているナノ粒子含有インクを含む、ガラス積層構造体。 - 前記ナノ粒子含有インクが、別の焼結過程を経ていない、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層体。
- ガラス積層構造体の製造方法であって、
a)第1のガラスプライおよび第2のガラスプライを提供することと、
b)ナノ粒子含有インクを有する印刷されたポリマープライであって、その少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部に付着したナノ粒子含有インクを有する、印刷されたポリマープライを提供することと、
c)前記第1のガラスプライと前記第2のガラスプライとの間に、前記印刷されたポリマープライを挟むことと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ガラス積層構造体を80℃〜99℃の範囲の温度に加熱することをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記80℃〜99℃の範囲の温度に加熱する間に、前記ガラス積層構造体に減圧をかけることをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷されたポリマープライを90℃〜160℃の範囲の温度に加熱することをさらに含む、請求項19〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記90℃〜160℃の範囲の温度に加熱する間、前記ガラス積層構造体に1バール〜20バールの範囲の圧力をかけることをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 印刷されたポリマープライを提供することが、前記ナノ粒子含有インクを用いてポリマープライに印刷することを含む、請求項19〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマープライに印刷することが、ローラー塗装、スクリーン印刷、グラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、平版印刷、パッド印刷、インクジェット印刷、およびエアロゾル印刷から選択される印刷法を使用する、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記インクが、ナノ粒子および少なくとも1つの溶剤を含む、請求項19〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が、直鎖または分岐鎖C2〜C12アルコール、好ましくはC5〜C10直鎖または分岐鎖アルコール、より好ましくは分岐鎖C8アルコール(好ましくはイソオクチルアルコール);ポリエーテル、好ましくはプロピレングリコール;および水から選択される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記インクが、10重量%および80重量%のナノ粒子、好ましくは20重量%〜70重量%のナノ粒子を含む、請求項19〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガラスプライと前記第2のガラスプライとの間に前記印刷されたポリマープライを挟む前に、前記ナノ粒子含有インク上に導電性層を析出させる工程をさらに含む、請求項19〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 導電性層を析出させることが、電解析出または無電解析出処理によるものである、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性層が、銅を含む、請求項29または30に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子含有インクが、別の焼結工程を経ていない、請求項19〜31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のガラス構造積層体を備える、車両用グレージング。
- 請求項31に記載のグレージングを備える、車両。
